"Fantastic Villa, great owners and superb location"

We arrived at the villa armed with only the booking and website pictures and we were not disappointed. We wouldnt have asked for anything more. The villa was spacious for our party of 7 and it was equipped with everything we needed and then some. What was pleasing was knowing that the owner/management company were only a phone call away if anything cropped up. The bathrooms were spacious and well equipped with new towels, the pool area was lovely and all our party enjoyed it. We would definitely return

second time at villa just as good as first .bill and barbara are the perfect hosts .finding this little gem has put me in dilemma there is only one place for our family holiday thats tiggers villa.thats if nobody books before us.

Directions to villa were excellent and it was exactly as it looked on the photographs. The villa has everything you could need to make your stay perfect. Barbara and Bill were superb durng our visit checking that we had arrived and that all was ok. Would definately recommend this villa for a fantastic stay in Florida and would love to return again - hopefully!!!

The Scotts villa is most comfortable. It makes you feel like you are in your own home. It is very close to all of the attractions. Publix and Walmart are only minutes away.

"Always a great place to relax"

My wife and I have stayed at the Scotts villa a couple times now while visiting the Orlando area. The place is always maintained very well and it is perfect place for a no surprises vacation stay. The villa has a well equipped kitchen, living room and also has a fantastic game room The neighborhood which the villa is located is nice and you are within walking distance of a grocery store as well as restaurants and entertainment. It is a quick commute to all of the theme parks but just far enough away that you get some peace and quiet as well. This is easily the first place we look to rent when visiting Orlando!

"Tiggers Villa - what a pleasure!"

Our 2nd stay at this lovely villa and it wont be our last. Great location within walking distance of Publix supermarket & Applebees restaurant. Great layout in villa, comfortable and nothing missed. Like a home from home, but with a clean pool and warmer & sunnier weather! Owners are the most helpful and accommodating we have come across in our many trips to Florida.

"Luxury spacious villa in a great location"

I found this excellent villa on the website and prior to going I found the owners Bill and Barbara were very friendly and were very quick in responding to my emails. We had stayed in Highlands Reserve last year so we knew the location. The villa is located on the edge of the community and it was very quiet the whole time we were there. We did not even see our neighbours. The villa is very spacious and there was plenty of room for my family and my parents. As the villa is privately owned this makes such a difference. So much easier on check in and out days. The villa is immaculate and we all loved the decorations around the villa which truly make this an outstanding home. My children loved the Mickey and Winnie bedrooms and the assorted stuffed toys that were in them. Such a nice touch. The pool and the outside area is fantastic and just what you need after a busy day. The room was always set at the correct temperature and there were additional fans in the rooms if you needed them. The males in our family particulary liked the games room. I can honestly say there is nothing I would improve about our visit. It was just a perfect stay and we would not hesitate in recommending this wonderful villa to friends and family. Thank you Bill and Barbara for letting us share your home for a week. The service we received from Bill and Barbara was excellent, we couldnt have asked for more. The villa was spacious and very comfortable with everything that you needed. Location was excellent, 10 mins walk from supermarket (Publix), shops, bars, restaurants and a short drive from the theme parks. For those avid golf fans, a course right on your door-step and many more to choose from in the surrounding area. We really did feel at home in the villa and will definitely look to stay again when were next over in Orlando.

"Home from Home"

From the moment we booked the villa we knew we had made the right choice. Barbara/Bill could not do enough for us and made sure we were prepared for our visit. When we entered the villa we all felt the same that it was neat, tidy and very well maintained. Kids loved pool and games room and of course we loved the cable TV. All mod cons in villa ensured that we never wanted for anything. Location of villa is ideal in our opinion, 15-20 mins from Disney and next door to Publix supermarket with Walmart 5 mins down the road. Highlands reserve is also well maintained and there is a relaxed atmosphere as well as a very good looking golf course. The biggest complement I can give to this villa is that we have already rebooked for 2013.

A lovely place, well maintained and well positioned for the Parks. This was our first time at Highlands Reserve and found the location to be ideally located. Barbara annd Bill were superb throughout the Booking process. We had a small issue with the pool but we were notified of this before we left and kept informed until it was resolved. First Class service, Villa itself was clean, spacious and well looked after.
