Everything with the Villa was great the only problem we had was with the pool. Into the second week of our stay the pool pump wasn’t working correctly. We contacted the pool man to assist with this who was really good but unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed straight away, meaning we couldn’t use the pool for the remainder of our stay.

We stayed at the villa for a family holiday (2 grandparents, parents and 2 little boys) and it's a great place to go for a relaxing break. The villa is well equipped, light, airy and has a fantastic private pool. It's well located near shops, restaurants, bars and just a few minutes from Vilamoura harbour. The tourist land train also stops just down the road and is worth a ride. Plenty of space with air conditioning in most rooms. We had a lovely holiday and highly recommend this villa.

Fantastic property, we will hopefully return. The surrounding area is beautiful and very safe. easy, well lit walk down to the marina (20-30 minutes with the baby in a buggy) although we spent most evenings just down the road in the old village which has a couple of lovely quiet bars and restaurants. The villa is much bigger than it looks in the photos and should have everything you need for a great break. definitely recommend

Just to say thankyou to Pedro for his lovely villa, it was in a great location and the wonderful peace and serenity there was amazing and the view of the golf course outside was a picture. Very clean and practical will be back again. Sylvia Daly, Ireland

Our family enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa, we had lots of fun in the pool which is a very good size. The rooms are very spacious too. There are bars and a supermarket within walking distance which was nice, the Marina and beaches were within walking distance. The description given for the Villa was accurate, I very much look forward to visiting again Thank you

The villa is fantastic. I can't find one negative about the property. Rooms massive, view tremendous, air con wonderful, pool beautiful. Pedro the owner is super helpful! Will definitely be going back. Ooo and the table tennis table is top fun.
