Took the family for a quick break before the Easter rush and before the flights went up in price. Arrived at the villa to be met by Stephen &amp; Ashley. They couldnt have been more helpful, giving us tips and hints on the best bars, restaurants and how to get to the nearest beach that is only minutes away in the car. There is a good restaurant 5 minutes walk away which we used on 2 occasions. The villa is great, it is large and spacious with all the comforts of home. As someone said in another review, the beds are so comfortable all with good quality bedding. I have never rented a villa that is clearly loved and looked after so much. We will be going again only for much longer next time. Thanks Stephen &amp; Ashley for everything you did for us.  Jane and family

We have just got back from staying in this villa. We made a last minute booking.. We were really impressed with the quick and efficient way our booking was dealt with by the villa managers Stephen &amp; Ashley. They also met us on arrival and ensured we were happily settled in. Monte Pego is a lovely area surrounded by orange groves and within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, and bars. Also lots to do for the children. The villa is simply home from home. It has everything you would expect plus lots more. It was good to have a selec tion of books, DVDs and CDs to use.  We normally rent a villa 3 times a year and this is the first time I have written a review on any of them but felt that this villa is so good it deserved to be given this top review. Carol

we stayed at Casa Suenos last October for our annual holiday on Monte Pego. this year we found this one which was way and above better than any others we had stayed in.
beautifully furnished and with magnificent views towards Pego and beyond.
we were also lucky that the waeather was terrific and much use was made of the magnificent pool and when too hot went into the covered terrace to eat and drink.

for us with two children this was heaven and we were fully relaxed at the end.
we will be back in 2012.

Spent 2 weeks at this villa last year and will be booking again this year.  Staying in this villa is a treat, it is so clean tidy and well furnished. It really does have everything inside and out. The Pego area makes a great holiday with both quiet and busy beaches close. A great place to holiday with the family

Spent Christmas and New Year at this fantastic villa. It has all the home comforts and the best beds I have found in a holiday home. 
The area is lovely and picturesque. Not far to the beach and a short ride into Denia &amp; Javea for all the bars and restaurants you need. Or go into the local small Spanish villages for something different. A great familly holiday home and area.

We had a brilliant week away at this gorgeous villa. It was spacious and fully equipped. The views from the pool are amazing, one week wasn't enough. The beaches are lovely, Denia is about 20mins away and is lively with plenty of things to do. Valencia is only an hour away which is a must and a nice water park about 40 mins. away. Great great holiday, the best villa we have ever stayed in. Thank you.

Fantastic week in a lovely villa.  Weather perfect bar one day. Love all the home comforts and all the small details. Pool has been well used by all the kids and grownups and the vista is stunning.
For me it was the first time driving abroad and was bit scary but all the places are relative easily accessible.
So many places to see all very locally and we should have stayed longer.
Recommended is the local Restaurant Café Residential.
If you have children and fancy a day at the beach then the best safe place is Javea or if you can risk it Benidorm in high summer is good but can get crowded.

This villa has got everything you would need and more great pool, lovely terrace, bbq, lots of storage, toys for the little ones, plastic crockery if needed, cool box for the beach trips and even a selec tion of games and books. Its close to Pego for supermarkets and close to plenty of beaches. Denia is only 15 mins away and Xavia not much further. Excellent walking in the surrounding hills and you can join a cycle track right from Monte Pegos entrance. We loved it and will definitely be back soon.

“Beautiful villa indeed”

It’s fabulous. We had a lovely holiday at the villa- its perfectly located for this part of Spain with towns and villages just a short car ride away and the beach within easy distance.

When we arrived we were welcomed by Steve and Ashley who ensured that we had everything we needed. The villa itself is exactly as pictured and described and is delightful. We stayed there in September, a family of five including two daughters and grand mum, and we found the villa to be really comfortable in all aspects, particularly the beds which provide for a great night’s sleep.

It’s in a residential location, and is quiet and peaceful and we were all able to relax. It’s a very spacious villa, well cared for, clean and beautifully decorated and well furnished with 3 en-suites. It’s very well equipped including internet access, satellite tv and barbecue . The pool is a good size and private with the most fantastic views from the terrace. There’s an excellent restaurant within a reasonably short walking distance.

We would definitely come here again
