We have previously stayed at the property and have always been able to contact the owner [ Clive ] about any issues. Unfortunately, the Agents advised that Clive had died in May. The apartment is in good condition and well-equipped. However, the roof terrace is in a terrible condition, with old tables and chairs littering the area and the roof surface covered with seagull's "poo." As far as I'm concerned, the Agents [ JNB Maintenance ] had a duty of care to have said roof area cleaned. Also, I reported that I could not get the TV to operate and whilst I was advised that someone would look at it, this did not happen and as such, we had no TV for the whole period.

THE PROPERTY WAS IN A FANTASTIC POSITION WITH GREAT SEA VIEWS, POSITIONED WITHIN A COUPLE OF MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH, SUPERMARKETS, BARS, RESTAURANTS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
CLICKSTAY WERE VERY, VERY GOOD IN CONTACTING US VIA TEXT MESSAGES AND E-MAILS ENABLING US TO CONTACT THE OWNER AND LOCAL CLEANING STAFF WITH REGARDS TO ANY QUESTIONS. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY...WELL DONE.

Apartment was excellent. Location could not have been better. Stayed in Luz a few times now. It's just amazing and the apartment made it even better. The living room is different from the picture on the website but it's actually a lot better! Looks like there's more space now. Roof terrace had the most fantastic views and the balcony looked right on to the beach. Great for people watching and drinking wine! Cleaners came twice while we stayed and left the place immaculate. Would highly recommend. Hope to be back next year!!!

Improvements have been made to the lounge area, which has created more space. The TV is now operating properly. The spare / broken furniture on the roof terrace should be removed and replaced with newer items.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Perfect location, decent price, excellently equipped from cutlery to Wi-Fi. Property management were very accommodating and allowed us in earlier without a fuss. Clive, the owner, was equally friendly. Would certainly rent this property again and have already recommended to friends.  Thank you.

Excellent location and facilities in the apartment. We had all we needed. Hired a car but hardly used it as we were close to everything. Great to have Wi-Fi and UK TV.   All good, will look to return next year if we can.

Really nice apartment. Easy to find just follow instructions from the owner. Lot's of restaurants around. Nice sea view from balcony.  Apartment was big and really clean. We have everything what we needed. I strongly recommend that apartment.

We arrived late evening and was pleasantly surprised how nice the area and apartment was, the views of the surrounding area and the ocean got better and better as we climbed to the apartment, there is 4 small sets of steps to get to it but my god well worth the views, a stones throw from the ocean, beach, restaurants and bars.  We can recommend Chaplins for a good home cooked meal and plenty of it and The Fort across the car park became a firm favourite of ours with the most amazing views to sit and eat a lovely meal to.  Being in the hub of this very pretty town of Luz was quite surprised when we ventured further afield to find so many apartments being built.  But this apartment   will always be in prime location in the what will become the old town.  We are going to say we would definitely use this apartment again despite it being a little tired in places and the tv ariel didn't work, but just small details that wouldn't stop us using it again.  The only thing we would say is that a complimentary bottle water would have been so welcomed as we arrived to late to catch the spar shop open plus not knowing where anything was anyway,  a small but well needed gesture would have been good.  Can't wait to visit Portugal again, loved it x

This was our second stay at the property and again it was very good. The only problem was, that the apartment had not been fully cleaned when we arrived and we had to contact the Agent. Thankfully the maid arrived within an hour and it was resolved.
