I had with my family and friends 10 day of beautiful and relaxing holiday at Villa Neda in July 2012. 
House is comfortable and met our expectations but for me the most important was quitness of the area where it is placed. 
Our sandy beach is just 2-3 minutes walk away.There is a nice caffe-restauran on the beach, water is very clear and mornings are there fabulous. 
Ideal place for relaxing and relieving stress. 
Basically, you do not need a car at all, because restauran, shop, beach.. is very close to villa. Also local taxi is very cheap, 15-20 euro to the neighbour cities. 

Overall, this holiday turned out to be one of the most peaceful, beautiful, enjoyable holidays we have had. The owners were extremely friendly & helpful. Hopefully we will be going back again next year.

Sea view villa with private pool, 200m to the beach
