Had a wonderful holiday in Orlando with all my family. Orlando Charm was the icing on the cake and location was perfect. A great time was had by all (6 adults, 4 children & 4 month old Lucy) & the children especially loved the pool. Think they preferred staying at villa to going to Disney & Universal !! Would have no hesitation recommending property.

I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. It was very clean, well equipped, beautiful view of a golf course, lovely pool and close to the parks and restaurants. Everything we could have hoped for. The communication was excellent, we were given lots of information which helped us with everything from estas to park info and recommendations on eating out. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Wonderful villa

An amazing holiday, lots of space in the villa as there were 2 lounge areas enabling us to have our own space (We were a party of 8 with 3 children.) Games room and pool kept them amused, Wifi a bit slow but they managed. The facilities were great, the largest washer and drier I have ever seen! fully equipped kitchen making it easy to cook meals if needed. Great location, easy access to parks and shopping centre's, a supermarket is less than 5 minutes away for all the necessities. Owner phoned before during and after our stay to check there was nothing we needed, the printed information was exceptionally helpful lots of tips even menus for some of the restaurants, Thank you Michael and Estelle we will stay there again if we visit Florida again

Just returned from a 3 week stay at this wonderful villa. Party of 8 and we had loads of room. Living room and movie room so comfortable for a chill after a long day at the park. And the pool, we could not keep the kids out of it! . Close to parks Close to publix supermarket and a few bars, restraunts just 10-15 min walk. If travelling in a large party would definatley book again .

We love Davenport, and only stay on Highlands Reserve when we visit, as it feels safe. Orlando Bliss is close enough to all the hubub of Disney and Universal, to drive to, and yet still quiet enough to feel relaxing and peaceful, to relax on your holiday when you really need that rest from all the walking. There is a park to play in near by and local shops, as well as restaurants to eat with good food. Its a very pretty and well kept area to visit. The villa has great amenities and all the modern appliances you could wish for with a family of 10. The chillies loved to play in the games room, and I cant think of a day the teens didn't get straight into the pool the second we got home. Fab holiday, can't wait to book our next adventure. We stayed at this villa for 3 weeks, and given the amount of money paid, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness. In the downstairs bedroom there were toe nail clippings on the carpet and a used towel in the bathroom. In one of the kids bedrooms there was a dirty sock underneath the bed, in the master bedroom there was crumbs/sweet papers under the bed and in the en-suite the bath was badly stained. On dropping an item down the back of a bedside cabinet and having to pull the cabinet away from the wall to retrieve it, it was clear the furniture had not been moved to clean behind in a long time as there were numerous dead insects etc. Most of the carpets were also badly stained and many of the lights did not work. The safe was not working on our arrival, which took a week to replace, resulting in 3 families requiring to take large sums of money around the parks. We were unable to all eat together, as there was not 10 sets of cutlery. We were very busy during our stay and did not let any of this put us off our family visit to Orlando. We loved the location and size of the villa, as well as the great storage it offered. We made great use of the pool too, which was ideal for winding down after long days at the theme parks. It is our opinion that the villa is tired and in need of some upgrading and appreciate this may be difficult for the owner who relies on other agencies due to not residing in the USA.

We stayed from december 31st to the 8 of January my family and I absolutely fell in love with this house. Commuctication with the owner was excellent. We didnt get to enjoy the pool because of cold weather conditions but maybe there will be a next time. The house was very spacious and thd game room was a plus for the whole family. The only little issue was the a/c was a little on the hot side but other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Vacation 23 – 31 DECEMBER 2020. **** There is soooo much room at this property for everyone to have their own spaces. It was perfect for our family! The kitchen does have updated stainless appliances. The property owners were very accommodating in our requests. We were at the property for Christmas and they had a tree to put up for us! We travelled with a 1 year old and she had a pack n play, high chair and stroller available to use. Our family enjoyed walks throughout the neighborhood and was just a short distance from the park. The side yard is also huge for the kids to throw a football or just run around. The game room is an added bonus for entertainment. Just a short drive away from Orlando airport, Disney property and only 90 mins from Clearwater! The property owners were easy to communicate with! We did have a few issues with the pool heating a couple different days but it was able to be resolved quickly. Overall a great time was had by our family!!! VILLA OWNER RESPONSE We very much appreciate the time you have taken to write a review. It is important to us and gives and honest view to prospective clients about our villa and also what we need to address. Thank you. The Pool / Spa problem has now been fixed, a return valve failed and had to be changed. the same value that was replaced less than a month ago proved to have a defect.
