It was a great holiday in this villa, panoramic view, good access to the main roads, very will maintained garden with many different flowers and plants. We enjoyed the whole time we spent.

Just back from a lovely week at this villa. Our two boys (ages 4 and 1) spent hours each day in the lovely pool and had lots of space to play around inside too, as well as cbeebies on the TV (although it did keep sticking). The villa offered everything we needed, including a cot and highchair which the owners arranged for us.  Any queries/problems were resolved promptly - the oven wasnt working but someone was round straight away to look at it and it was repaired next day.  The garden is private and the house and development are both safe and secure. Its a great location - we had a car so could be at the beach or the beautiful pueblo within minutes. We also did day trips to Granada to see the Alhambra and to Ronda - both excellent. We are happy to recommend this villa!

Further thanks to their agent David who did his best to sort out a few little hick ups. and were sorted out in no time. Collin the plumber and Paul the air conditioning  engineer were friendly . This could be a lovely villa. The gardens are amazing and the pool very warm. However unfortuately for us the villa was dirty,the beds hard,old,and uncomfortable  and  the cutlery unwashed. The pool is very deep so not great if you have small children but always warm and it is enjoyable sitting outside. 
Anyone considering this villa should also be aware that it is not 15 minutes to the beach but a good 20 mins at least down a selec tion of very steep and winding roads. Walking back up is exhausting. We did eventually discover that the hotel nearby puts on a little train that stops at the top of the urbanisation which takes you to the beach. It is also a good 20-30 min walk to the pueblo. However the supermarket nearby is well stocked and is about 10 minutes away but again there is a small hill to climb. Its not an villa to consider if you have mobility problems and I would reconsider if you have a pram.

We holidayed at villa 23/08/2013-06/09/2013. We are a family of 6 with age range 3-64.  It was my fathers first time abroad and I am so pleased we chose this villa.  The villa was very spacious and the facilitys such as microwave, freezer, washer were very handy.  The pool was private and set in lovely gardens which were not overlooked in any way.  The 2 teenage girls send a huge thank you for the Internet which of course they cant possible live without!  We contacted Anne the owner who was very helpful and let us arrive earlier which was really helpful.  There is a huge Carrefour at the top of the road (about 5 mins walk) this was so cheap at 25p for a can of beer and about £2.50 for a nice bottle of Rosé wine.  We used taxi and went to Aqua-Park at Torremollinos and Tivoli World at Arroya.  We enjoyed our holiday so much and would have no reservations about re-booking this villa.

Had a reaily nice time at the villa local people are very frenidly very close to beach, supermarket,bar and many more loads of places to eat out. Would definitly be back next year

We had a great time and the Villa was exactly what we hoped for. The description is accurate, its comfortable and everything works properly. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable and the address given to us could have been more accurate but aside from that everything was fine.

A well positioned villa within easy walking distance to the local shops and bars plus very close to the nearest bus stop at the top of the hill. The well kept gardens are very peaceful, private and completely secluded, so you are not over looked by anyone, perfect. We really enjoyed lazing around on the sun beds and cooling off in the nice kidney shaped swimming pool and eating outside on the covered terrace area. Secure off street parking behind the remote electric gates was very classy. Inside the villa was clean but seemed a bit dated in places, especially both the bathrooms and some of the kitchen, but it didnt affect us at all. Other than a few light bulbs that needed changing, we couldnt fault it. We loved staying there and will definitely return again, would be a fantastic villa after a re-dec and having air con fitted.
