We stayed here for a week 7 of us and it was beyond of expectations 😃 the location is excellent the villa is clean and has all the comforts from home, Arthur was amazing and was there at the end of the phone if we needed him we will definitely be staying here and would recommend to everyone 😃

8 of us stayed here for a week in June and had a lovely time. The villa has everything you need and a large well equipped kitchen if you wanted to prepare meals. We didn’t bother as there was so much on your doorstep. The outside space and shared pool is fantastic (most days we had the pool to ourselves). Central for buses, taxis, supermarkets, shops, bars and water park not too far up the road. Although in the thick of it, it was surprisingly quiet at night, in a safe, gated complex. The only slight issue we had was that there were 4 couples sometimes coming in and out at different times. We were given 2 sets of keys at checkin, but an extra set would’ve been handy. Would absolutely recommend this villa for families/friends holidaying together and we preferred this to hotels we’d stayed in before in Benidorm, definitely much more relaxing!

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks in July 2017 and really enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room for us (5 adults). The villa is clean and spacious and the large kitchen has everything you will need. Me and the wife took the master bedroom which leads on to a spacious upstairs terrace and there is lots of room for sunbathing on the downstairs terrace which is very private. The shared pool is a good size and might as well be your own during the stay as I was the only one it for most of the time. Arthur the owner keeps in touch and cares that you enjoy your stay. I would definately go back as the location is perfect to get to shops, supermarkets, the market and the strip with bars just across the road. Thanks again to Arthur the owner.

Very enjoyable stay at this villa which is close to all amenities. This is my third time here and must say I would recommend it for it's close proximity to everything. As it sleeps 8 there are only 3 sunloungers which is disappointing. Overall enjoyable stay and both Arthur and Elaine very helpful and easily contactable when needed.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa's facilities are second to none. The communal area is very well maintained and the pool was always cleaned and free of leaves etc. Your little garden was ideal for the small girls and the outside patios provided separate spaces for the two families and plenty of room for eating outside together and barbequing. The villa was clean inside and the provision of pool towels was appreciated, saving space in luggage. I would recommend your villa to families with young children in particular, as, although it is near bars and restaurants, there is very little noise at night. The proximity to supermarkets and the Tourist Information Office was also useful. Once again, thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

This is the second time at Arthur`s villa and we will be back again next year without any doubt. This villa is exceptional and quite rare to have in such close proximity to all the shops, bars, restaurants and theme parks but set back in an area where it is not loud at night and just a short walk to to all the nightlife which is on your doorstep. I can honestly say you will not be disappointed with this villa or the communication with the owner when you are on your stay. There is a shared pool but it was nearly always used by our family only and on the odd occasion in the evening a couple of people came in just to have an hour cooling off. The villa has everything an English house could ask for so it it really is a warm place to be and a home from home. It has the added benefit of air con in every room and the most important boys toys like remote control radio fitted in the ceiling, sauna shower in the master bedroom, all the main sports channels and a bar outside with large t.v. Whether you are a family, group, couple or just solo then you really will not be disappointed as like i say, it is a lovely home from home, secure and well situated. The location of this property is ideal, close enough for everything you need to be on your doorstep yet far enough away for a quiet couple of hours around the pool. We arrived on Saturday to meet Sally who let us in to leave our bags while she finished cleaning after the previous occupants had left earlier that morning. She was very helpful and made a great job of leaving the villa as anyone would hope to find it.This was our 4th sty at the Villa and no doubt it won't be our last, just need to negotiate with Arthur for some better rates!!!!!!!?

We stayed at the villa for two weeks and found the location ideal.  The property was in a secure surrounding with looked gate right in the heart of Benidorm.  
The villa is spacious and with two families staying we were not on top of each other.  I was surprised how equipped the villa was from cooking equipment to swim goggles for the kids! 
I would totally recommend staying in this clean well looked after property.

Excellent second stay at this 4 bedroom house right in a main part opposite The Tavern Pub. Location Location Location is the key as well plus all the mod cons from home what more could you ask for. Owner Arthur and Housekeeper Mieke both excellent from pre booking to check out. Hopefully will be able to stay a third time in 2018.

Great location,  spotlessly clean, everything we needed towels, hair dryer, coffee machine,  dishwasher,  washing machine. Very safe in a gated community. Would definitely recommend this place for a large group or family.
