We had a fabulous time, 2 families with young children, we found the home very spacious, comfortable and safe which can be tricky to find on the greek islands. Great location as we were able to walk everywhere, the tavern and cafe below are excellent. Only negative was we got really hot during the day as air cons are only in the bedroom - however we did stay during August the hottest time of the year. I'm sure this wouldn't be a problem at other times of the year. It was very sad leaving this place...

The villa is lovely and even better than what it looks in pictures. The view from the terrace is magnificent, weve always been eating outside! The house is very, very spacious with all the comforts you need. 3 minutes from the beach. The owners have been extremely helpful and welcoming, as well as the housekeeper. The sea is crystal clear and the beach down the house is quite, with a fair amount of trees at the end so you dont even need a beach umbrella. A car is recommended to visit the nice island and you need it to reach any shop. Extremely recommended!

Your villa is absolutely lovely, very well appointed, and Roxanne &amp; her son  were very welcoming and helpful about places to see and traditional tavernas to eat in. 
We did find the parking a little tight, not least as we arrived at a very busy weekend, however, combining our efforts, folding mirrors etc, we did manage to use it. 

Can we suggest a grab rail to hold when getting out of the shower?  We also had some concern about falling down the step into the basement, during the night !!  My husband thought the top step could benefit from from having a white line.  ( perhaps a bit too English health &amp; safety.) 

All in all it is a great villa, and we wouldnt hesitate to come back. Definitely require a hire car, and Jason Hire couldnt have made it more easy.

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The views were as stunning as the pictures and the property was extremely well equipped. Air conditioning blows hot as well as cold which was useful for us in the slight April chill. The house is up an extremely steep hill which made for a fairly athletic finish to any forays on foot. A car is needed to get to and from the property (particularly out of season, very few facilities close by are open) and also to make the most of what Tinos has to offer. We had a great time exploring the island.

Our second holiday in Tinos and in this delightful villa! Highly recommended! Very clean and fresh with an amazing sea view and all the facilities you need.  We were met from the ferry by Roxanne who will take you to the villa and is very friendly and helpful with a warm welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with the welcome goodies waiting in the villa for us, thank you! Roxanne takes care of all your needs and is easily contactable throughout your stay and can take you to a  car/scooter rental should you so wish.  We had a very relaxing holiday and love this beautiful Greek island. Thank you George and Mary for another lovely holiday in your villa! 10 days just wasnt long enough! Thank you too Roxanne for all your help! Xx

We were so happy with the pretty villa, the best we have ever stayed in! Clean and fresh and tastefully decorated with all the amenities you need, including  a washing machine.  There is a choice of shower or bath and copious amounts of hot water! Comfortable bed with fresh cotton sheets and new fluffy pillows.  The owners left us an amazing welcome pack including chilled wine in the fridge! With the villa being in an elevated position, it was so lovely to chill on the large sun terrace and enjoy the the sea views, which are amazing, or relax with a book.  Just down the steep narrow road and not far is a lovely quiet beach to swim and enjoy the sunshine.  We shall definitely be returning!

Our family stayed at this property from July 2 - 10, 2012 and we enjoyed every single minute!
The villa is in excellent condition, spacious and spotlessly clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked lots of meals in the Villa and it was always a trouble-free experience. 
There are two bathrooms and even a washing machine! We mostly used the downstair bedroom, since it was much cooler to sleep there. The villa is of course air conditioned but we liked it much better to sleep in the "cellar" with the windows open. 
The view from the verandah is a dream. We spent hours and hours just sitting there watching the moon, the Aegean and Mykonos Towns lights in the distance. Extremely romantic! 
The owners live nearby and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. 
All in all we had a very pleasant holiday and if we ever decide to go back to Tinos, we will surely stay again at the Villa. By the way, Tinos is a wonderful island. Lovely beaches and beautiful mountain villages with breathtaking views.

My family (including two teens and a four year old) enjoyed a great week in Tinos at this beautiful home. Everything we needed was right there.... the rental car Mary helped us book was waiting, along with Roxanne who was so helpful in getting us to the house and showing us where everything was. The house is located in a very quiet area within walking distance to a quiet beach. It has an amazing view from a shady front porch where we ate most of our meals that we prepared in a well-equipped kitchen. Tinos is not the average tourist island, so we had fun maneuvering through the villages with few road signs and grocery shopping for food all labeled in Greek. It was an adventure that even the kids enjoyed. There are some neat shops in town, and historical treasures throughout the island, but it is predominately farms, and brings you back to simpler times. Rather than an action packed trip that left us exhausted, we came back refreshed. And even though we did have a strong Wi-Fi signal at the house, the teenagers found time to sit on the porch with us and play some of the card games that are provided with the house.  Mary, thank you so much for everything. You were so helpful and we are so grateful for your assistance, and for lending our family your beautiful home for our vacation!
