I have travelled to goa for the past 6 years and always stayed in the candolim area,   this penthouse is the best place and location I have stayed in.
Penthouse was spacious with all home comforts, great for sharing with family or groups of friends. 
Set in a lovely gated complex with a stunning pool, ample sunbeds and set in peaceful and safe location.( I would like to make one small  recommendation and that would be  to extend the pool closing time from 5 till 6 oclock as its always nice to have a swim after a day on the beach).
Penthouse is in a fantastic location, off the main road but within 2 minute walk to shops, resturants and bars, beach within 5/7 min walk.  
Jonathan the owner was really friendly, he accomadated our needs and requests without encroaching on our privacy.
Overall our stay was fantastic and I would cetainly recommend this accomdation to anybody considering Goa.

Here are my comments for your site.
It was our first time in Goa being of Goan descent, and a little anxious regarding our apartment as we had booked it over the Internet from Australia.  To our pleasure it was a modern comfortable apartment in a very secure and private complex.  The complex is quiet and very clean. The surrounding gardens are lush and the pool is pristine.  The neighbors are really lovely and very helpful people.  
Suresh, a friend of Jonathan who looked after the apartment during our stay is just fabulous and took such great care of us. Suresh is there to ensure that everything for you runs smoothly.  He was there no matter what time to help in any way he could..  There were 8 of us staying in the apartment and we found it to be very comfortable.  
The modern amenities provided in the apartment were great, especially, the washing machine which we take for granted but in a country like India it is a luxury.  The apartment is in walking distance to all shopping, eating precincts as well as the beach.  
Jonathan, Suresh and all the neighbors of the Regal Retreat thank you from all of us for a great comfortable stay.   Our home, Australia is a land of beauty and luxury,  staying at the apartment we felt very much at home.
