This place was so perfect for us, two families (4 adults and 4 kids), it was very private and relaxing which is ideal if you are the kind of people who do not care for the nightlife, and want a peaceful holiday without the disturbance of being kept awake into the small hours due to music and drunken revelers. It is perfect if you want to get away from the jammed hotels of any resort. Beautiful views from the outdoor space and balconies on the second floor bedrooms of the nearby island, sea, and surrounding greenery. The villa was really nice, clean and tidy in a perfect quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a self catering. Also we enjoy the BBQ almost every evening. We would recommend it to anyone. The owners are very welcoming, nice and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. We are very pleased with our vacation. Everything was excellent. Great experience, would love to stay here again in the future.

Villa Sunrise

The villa is located in a very calm and peaceful place, excellent for families with kids. 2 beaches are in a very short walking distance - one is a sand beach with shallow water and various beach facilities, another is a rocky one - good for diving &amp; snorkeling. 
The villa has small cosy garden with fig trees providing shade - we enjoyed fresh figs right from the trees every day!
Rooms are large enough, each has a separate shower &amp; toilet, which was very convenient for us (2 families / 3 kids in each).
Well-equipped kitchen with dish-washer and oven, large and comfortable dining-room.
What also was surprizingly good - there is quite cool air in the house despite hot temperature outside - we never used aircon during July - Aug stay.

And what is very special about this villa - the owners, they are VERY hospitable, responsive and caring!!!

if, for your holidays you need some sea, sun, beach
and you want discover an other culture with very friendly people.
To make activities like fishing, learn to cook bulgarian food, play music etc...
Stay in quiet area to relax or make party when you want, I recommend to you this place!!!!

I spend one week  in this house and it was very nice.
I was able to take some rest, try bulgarian food and take advantage of the sea.
Even if you want to make some party. The house is close to all.
They are very frendly and showed me many things about their life in Bulgarie.
The House is beautiful, each rooms have a bathroom and the sea view  in the morning is just amazing.
There is also a small garden with some tomatoes et other vegetables.
Instead of rent a house in any hostel, you should try this villa !
