We bought the Spanish property is 2004 and have used it ourselves many times since. I am a retired IT Project Manager. My partner is also retired and we both live in accommodation overlooking the Isle of Wight. Over the years, we have rented the property to a few guests, but mostly family, and have a good relationship with our local agents for the rare occasion when things do not go to plan !
