We have just returned from a family holiday at Windward Bay Villa.  We had 2 small problems which were immediately sorted by Steve and his management company. We would gladly recommend this villa to our friends and family.

We were a group of 10 (two families) ranging from 5 to 50+ and the Villa had something for us all. The area is stunning and looks to be up and coming as lots of new restaurants and facilities being built.
The location is ideal for Disney and Universal parks however the I4 had substantial roadworks at the time we visited which had a huge impact.
Overall our stay at the villa was more amazing than we could have imagined, clean, spacious and very high quality facilities from the pool area to the games room and accessories available to use ie strollers, camping chairs, travel costs and high chairs.
Staying here made our holiday even more magical and we highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous spacious villa equipped with everything you could possibly need.  Would suit a large group or 2 family share, as comfortably sleeps 10 with lots of social and dining space.

We were lucky the owner had a vacancy which we needed at short notice. He’s normally very booked up, so get booked early if you want this lovely house. 
It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood, at the end of a cul de sac, no noise. It’s a huge house, very well laid out, great for families, you could easily fit 3 families. Spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Great games room in garage. The bed in the master suite is very comfortable. 
The pool area is gorgeous. Comfy sun beds with fabric cushions that are stored in the outside bathroom so are always dry &amp; clean. Large outside dining table &amp; chairs. Great vacation villa!! You won’t regret booking here. A lot of love, care &amp; attention has gone into this super place.

We had a lovely stay here and it's one of the best properties we've stayed in and we've tried a few over the years , Steve was easy to reach and extremely helpful the villa felt like a home from home it had everything you needed and more from satnavs to drinking cups even cool bags I will certainly return thank you so much.

The owners communication was excellent from the moment we booked, answering any questions we had along the way. The villa is in a great location, close to all parks and supermarkets. The pool temperature was perfect, we spent lots of time relaxing in it and in the hot tub. The villa itself was comfortable and spacious which was perfect for our large family group of 10 people. I would highly recommend this villa.
