Area is residential and very quiet. There's very few restaurants or bars nearby and beaches are just small pebbled areas (not beaches) with no access to sunloungers or anything. That said if you want a very quiet, peaceful, beautiful and scenic area and are happy to lay on towels on stone little beaches then it'll be perfect for you. There is also a bar about half a mile up near the church which does 2 comfy sunloungers and an umbrella for €10 for the day. We ended up spending pretty much all week there as there was not much else around, and was nicer than the pool. Pros: The apartment was large, clean and spacious and very comfortable. The balcony and views were absolutely beautiful!!!! Red Taxis service was great and only cost €4 to get to Kotor old town. Good WiFi and quick to get it sorted when there was an issue. Kotor old town is stunning and very cheap. Very similar to Venice. Cons: Decor and appearance was darker and more tired than the pics made it appear but it was still fine. The bathroom was very dark and the shower didn't drain well. There was no clothes airer or any way to dry clothes/towels. The pool had no shallow end so wasn't really usable, as had to hang on to the metal steps on side if not swimming. I'm 5 ft 8 and couldnt touch bottom of the floor either end. My mum isn't a very strong swimmer so didn't dare use it. Not suitable for kids or poor swimmers. Sun loungers were hard wooden slatted ones. There's a huge dog next door that lives outdoors and often barks through night. Advertised as having satellite TV. There were 3 tvs stacked in front of each other and non worked. We mentioned it and he said he was going to come back but he didn't. We didn't chase up as hadn't come to watch TV anyway but would of been nice to have option whilst there. Overall it was a nice apartment with decent communication. The main thing that let it down was the pool and a few small touches it needed to make it better for the holiday maker. The area was very quiet but lovely. For us though we'd of preferred a bit more atmosphere within walking distance. The views and the lifestyle (locals swimming in the water till late, relaxed and peaceful) was very relaxing. We would recommend despite cons.

The villa was in a beautiful location with amazing views and community. It was very easy to get around and close to all main attractions. Great for families and spacious. We were able to get through to the owner majority of the time, however there was one incident where we could not and we just had to sort ourselves. We did have a neighbour who did not like the noise but the owner spoke with them the next day. The only thing I would suggest is that there was a leak coming from th air vents which caused a few slips, the ac units kept breaking as we were not shown upon arrival how to use correctly but overall I would stay again

Fantastic place to stay and good value for money. Very comfortable and homely, with lovely views of the bay. The apartment is near the beach and easy to access. wi-fi was fast and strong signal. There was a problem with the tv cable connection but it was quickly solved by the host.

Firstly the apartment inside is very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were however disappointed with the with the location mainly as it is right next to the main road to Kotor and there is quite a bit of traffic noise when on the balcony.. We were unlucky as there were workmen digging up the drive outside our balcony also. So not the relaxing time we were expecting. The pool was empty and poolside area was not set up for sitting out. (No mention of this until we arrived) The advert says the water is a 20m stroll away, but the owner qualified this when we complained " from the boarder of the complex to the sea the distance is 20-30 meters away" , so unless you can fly its a 80-90m steep walk down to the water. We ended up leaving a day early once we could get something else booked. Owner was very unapologetic when we complained.

I don't know where to begin!! As a large family we have stayed all over Europe in hotel resorts and various villas and nothing has even come close to this hidden gem in Perast!! My mum doesn't like to travel far and likes to be relatively close to the airport. We flew into Dubrovnik and Ron organised a transfer taxi for us. It took 1hr 20m but it was the most beautiful journey long the coast for most of the way. The time flew! Upon arriving at the Airbnb, we were greeted by Sinisa and his wife Sinisa is the owner of the villa and Ron is the agent. He was incredibly helpful, accommodating and courteous. A fantastic welcome! He gave us a tour of the property and explained everything from wifi to bbq to towels and the pool. The villa is spotlessly clean. Now... the view!! Photos do not do it justice. I have always loved a sea view but this is above and beyond. You can see the two islands in the bay, the church tower, orange roof tiles, mountains and the boats going past. We loved watching the huge cruise liners come and go. In the small church nearby there was cello practice a few mornings and it was the perfect complement whilst drinking a coffee and looking out beyond the pool. Perast itself is about 180 steps out the back gate of the property. There are several gorgeous little restaurants and opportunities to hire boats and kayaks. A highlight for us was kayaking in the bay. Cafe Admiral, Hotel Contes are great for seafood and pasta. If you turn left and walk towards end of the row you'll come to a little pizza restaurant which does the most amazing pizza. You must get the banana and nutella pizza one evening!! Next door to the Airbnb is the Per Astra hotel. Literally 20 steps away. Perfect for a quick lunch/ afternoon drink / ice cream. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They even booked taxis for us on a few occasions. We visited Kotor a number of times during our week away. You can get a bus hourly from Perast but we got a taxi since we did a grocery shop there and didn't fancy carrying the shopping up the steps!! Go to the supermarket inside the shopping centre as there is more choice. Stock up and pick up charcoal for the bbq. There is a small corner shop in Perast but there is very limited choice. Toiletries are expensive so take these with you. There is another shop in nearby Risan but again you will need to get a taxi. Kotor is a beautiful, walled, historic old town which has an abundance of shops and restaurants. Be wary of taxis overcharging - they should be €11-12 but one charged us €32 one way! Set a fare before you get in and haggle the price. Sinisa visited every 2 days to check the pool, fill it with water and to see if we needed anything. He brought us washing powder, fresh towels and booked our return taxi to the airport for €90. This has been the best holiday we've ever had - cannot recommend highly enough and we will be back!!

Nice views from the front yard and the pool. Pool area was clean and very nice. Villa was cozy and big enough for my whole big family. Parking for a bigger van was a bit tricky but we managed. All and all we all enjoyed! Neighbors were super friendly.

Ron's villa is very comfortable, clean and convenient to welcome several people. We were there with an another family, friend of us and it was well adapted: spacious and good equipment in every part of the villa. The view and the swimming pool are great! It’s also very well located to visit around, very closed of the touristic places like Kotor, Budva, Rose and great nearby beach ! near by fish restaurant and pizzeria. Ron is very clear in his communication and sympatic. A good address to spend good time and visit Montenegro.

I can not recommend Ron’s place enough. The villa is in the gorgeous village of Perast not far from bustling Kotor - only hour on the bus. Or get yourself on a private boat taxi. Perast is so picturesque with a good variety of restaurants on the main coastal street, and two dedicated areas where you can access the sea. The villa itself was set up high in the village accessed by quaint winding stairs up through the houses. The view is stunning and we spent a lot of our days (with two young babies) relaxing poolside on the sunny terrace. The large open plan kitchen/ living area is comfortable with aircon and good amenities in the kitchen. There is a main bedroom that faces the front of the property which suited one couple and baby, and another two towards the back. We chose to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge as much cooler than the back bedrooms. Communication from Ron and his team was straight forward and check in and out was hassle free. Can not recommend this villa enough. Totally tremendous

Look no further, you have to stay at this place! Unbelievable view, it really is pretty astonishing. You could just sit on the terrace and infinity pool everyday and would be amazed at this place. Ron and team were great sorting out transfers to and from the airport and checking we had everything we needed. The house is stunning too and really well equipped. We will 100% be back again!

I can highly recommend a stay at this villa. It more than met my expectations. Owner was helpful and provided lots of useful information prior to our arrival. The villa itself is beautiful and maintained to a high standard, the beds are comfi, the kitchen is well equipped and the space is clean, but the most we loved the outdoors, I still long to come back, sit on the terrace, away form the city rush and watch my kids playing in the pool, I truly enjoyed, the view is also beautiful, overlooking at the sea. Location is not central but still you will have no problem not having a car, even though I recommend it, there are so many places, short drive away to visit. This is a nice memory and I hope to come back again one day if that will be possible.
