We celebrated Christmas with some of our family and had a wonderful time. It's absolutely beautiful and the owners were so helpful and responded immediately to any enquiries. It has everything a large group needs and more. Location is a little far out and needs the minibus. Steam room didn't work but we enjoyed the sauna. We made lots of special family memories.

We were a family gathering and had 3 small sized dogs  which we will never leave without. So the villa suited us perfectly. 
The facilities were good, i.e the pool, bbq and tranquility of the location
The directions given were not enough to locate the villa, I had to call the owner John couple times, though he was very politely helpful. 
I understand the previous guests checkedout latebut the overall condition of the villa was probably 60% perfect... toilet systems need to be upgraded and so were the doors The door to the main entrance could not close although it was promptly repaired when my wife called the cleaning lady.

As stated it was family retreat and the villa though priced at the high end provided us with a most suitable location. My family enjoyed the pool and bbq facilities whilst our dogs enjoyed the fact that they were with us for teh vacation.

Will we return again?...65% yes unless we find somewhere else that will fit our next family gathering.

Oh one thing: the internet was not working, though I missed my connection to the real world.. I grudingly accepted it - afterall it was a getaway!

What a great vacation we have had! This place has been amazing and we really have enjoyed every moment here! And also we have been taken such a good care by all you. Thank you so much! Only sad thing is that our vacation is soon coming to an end.

What an amazing house! It has everything you need and more! 
Jon, Nok and their team made our stay in Pattaya wonderful! 
The chef cooked us everyday some exquisite Thai food. 
Definitely the place to stay in Pattaya if you are a big group. 
To be recommended without doubt.

It was the perfect place to stay when all you need is peace and quiet!!! It was our second stay and it sure won't be the last

Thanks Bird,Jon and Nok, we had a wonderful holiday in the villas. 
We are a large group of relatives (total 25 people) staying in 3 of the villas, Nok welcomed us in the villa once we arrived, despite that we are such a large group, she helped us to arrange the minivans, coconuts and fishing tools very efficiently. 
We had bbq dinner at the villa on the first night, chef was super helpful. We has more than 15 dishes, all seafood, Tongyum, padthai, Satay etc were s(phone number hidden)delicious!!! 
Our villas have very nice view. Kitchen,toilets, swimming pools are all clean. 
All in all, we had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix Lakeside Pool Villas!!

My family and friends had a great holiday at the villa. The house is huge. It comfortably accommodates all 9 of us. Our kids enjoyed dipping in and out of the pool all day. It was very handy that a car was provided. In fact, you have to drive if you want to get anywhere which is fine for us. The staffs were very friendly and always try to help. But sometimes they struggled to understand what we were trying to say. It was a pleasant surprise that a daily cleaning service was included unlike many other self catering accommodation. I would definitely recommend the villa to friends.
