Lovely property,  great pool,  and beautiful grounds, thanks to the gardener. We were on the ground floor, which was great, although all  the properties are only three floors high. Calis Beach is a beautiful area and would encourage anyone who likes hot sunshine and quiet holidays to try Calis Beach, you won't be disappointed, and if you do we can recommend these apartments.

5 adults &amp; 4 children stayed at this beautiful villa. We knew the area because we've been about 10 times. Very clean, spacious &amp; well equipped 4 bedroom villa. Very good location only 10 minutes walk to Hisaronu village. Baka was available anytime I rang him. We would definitely recommend staying again.

We found the apartment lovely and clean, and the site very well looked after with a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Theres everything you need in the apartment if you want to cook yourself or do some washing. The apartment is ideally located just a few mins walk from hisaronu main restaurants, shops and bars, with a big supermarket. The bus stop is just down the road with easy, quick and cheap access to Olu Deniz beach. The transfers Baki arranged were perfect, comfortable and right on time. Baki left us a lovely welcome pack so we could get some food and a drink when we arrived, then visited both that night and the next day to arrange tours for us and explain the area. All the tours he arranged we both really enjoyed - we would recommend the Jerry boat trip. We also saw Baki around the site a couple of times, always very friendly and willing the help, he also answered texts and calls very quickly. We were very impressed and it made our holiday so stress free. We would return and definitely recommend. We only went as a couple but the apartment easily sleeps 6 and would be fantastic value for money for a family or a few couples sharing. Id be being nit picky as we enjoyed our holiday so so much, but the tiny negatives were that the beds are quite hard (could feel the springs in the one we slept in), and there is loud music from the hotel opposite from about 9pm but this was always turned off by 11.30pm-12am and the location was very quiet and easy to sleep after this time - we were on holiday so we just stayed up and had a drink. Neither of those issues spoilt our holiday at all, and we didnt complain about them at the time, if we had Im sure things would have been done to help as Baki was lovely, friendly and willing to help with everything.

I stayed here with my wife, 3 year old son, father-in-law, and sister-in-law. Very beautiful, quiet area. Pool was refreshing and clean. I believe there were tenants in most of the apartments surrounding the pool but it never felt crowded. Other than having few utensils, the apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable. All the air conditioners worked great. The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants and grocery stores in Hisaronu and the minibus stop that goes to the beach or Fethiye. Baki, our host, was very organized, attentive, and informative. He planned a 12 island tour which turned out to be a great value for the money. He has contacts for any type of entertainment you would like and seems to offer decent prices. But if you are looking for just a place to get away and relax by the pool, this is also the place for that. The only downside to the apartment was the lack of internet access. But many restaurants in the area offer Wifi. I would definitely look into this apartment or contact Baki on future trips.

The appartment &amp; pool was just what we wanted. Good service from owner. The facilities of beach and sports in nearby beach was also good. But the village-center was one touch too much little-ibiza for my taste. And 99% english... And the oversized Karaoke from the nearby hotel was slightly annoying, but not a big deal.

The three bedroom villa we rented was in an excellent location, generally quiet, and  and  clean. We were 3 adults and a young toddler, and fit very well into the place. The floors are marble and the furniture is clean and modern. The beds were pretty uncomfortable for us but the manager informed us that it was a matter what what type of beds the owners chose and he really didnt have much say in it. 

The villas are located in a complex of villas set around a swimming pool. The pool was clean and there were never any problems getting a sunbed and umbrella and the apartment is equipped with cushions for the sunbeds.   Everything is exactly as it is shown in the pictures and it was nice to have beach towels and a washing machine available.

The only real downside was the beds and the act that the Telemossis hotel is across the street and they play their music ridiculously loud from 8-11pm every night. There was no mosque with loud prayer but this was the evil twin of those prayers. We fell asleep nonetheless as we closed windows and turned on the air conditioner. (one on each room!)
I would definitely go back and rent a villa here. The manager, Baki, was super nice, accommodating, and spoke perfect English. Most of us are native Turkish speakers, but it was nice.  The location is perfect and you can take a dolmus (pronounced "dolmush") down to the beach for only a few bucks round trip and everything is really easy once youre here.

Excellent accommodation for the price, in a quiet area of Hisoranu which we liked but close enough to the centre.

If you want a clean no frills accommodation then this is it , we are going back next year for certain.
