I stayed here with my family last august, this is a lovely villa with all the facilities needed for a great family holiday. The pool is lovely and quiet and the villas around are owned privately too and we had no trouble or noise from them. There is enough room for a family of 6 and it is suitable for children. The area is very quiet, it is in the middle of the countryside but the bus is just a 5-10 minute walk away which takes you all over. The beach again is only 5-10 minute walk away which is great if you want a change from the pool. There is a cafe up the road, family run and they are lovely in there and the food is great. They have a bbq on in the summer on saturdays, well worth it and they have entertainment on as well. 
The owners of this property are lovely and have a very fast response rate and will answer any questions you may have and will arrange an airport transfer for you at a local cost paid to the driver. I will reccomend this villa definately and if we visit fetihye again we would stay here.
