I'm head of childrens services for a social enterprise charity called P3. I have worked in the sectors of play, sport, dissabilities and mentoring at the primary school level for most of my career. I have also worked in the football industry mentoring and developing young professional footballers in the Premiere league and domestic leagues in the UK.
