This is a lovely spacious apartment overlooking the beach with wonderful views. The out door area is overall a little tired but this is made up for by the amount of space available outside. The pool was brilliant fo adults and children alike. 
The host was very efficient and helpfull at all times. The teenagers in our party were a little 
disappointed that sky tv is no longer available 
but this did not detract from the holiday.

Very happy with that property, it was clean and quiet as you've got the entire top floor to yourself. Everything was in a good working condition, the pool is very large and is heated to a normal temperature and with spa jets. The views to the beach and mountains are amazing.... It is well located just 5min walk from Carvajal train station and bus stops... there are a couple of restaurants down the road... Host really makes you feel welcome. :)

The apartment was very large and offered great amenities in terms of the balconies and private pool (although not heated whilst we were there). Ideal size for a family of four or more. The furniture in the apartment was tired and run down and could do with updating. One of the hot water services broke down whilst we were there, however the customer service provided by the local host Albina and her husband was exceptional. They were extremely curteous on check in and assisted us imediately when any issues arose with the property. 

Despite not being heated, we were able to make great use of the private pool and this was certainly the highlight of the property. If you like a more secluded holiday this is a great location and it is a few kilometres from the main shopping strip (although easily within walking distance of many restaurants and immediate access to the beach).

From booking to vacating the property everything was perfect. We booked knowing the area the vila was in so we expected a peaceful sunny holiday and that is what we got! The party was made up of eight of us between the ages of 27 and 30 and the reason for the trip was to relax before a friends wedding... a kind of hen do but without the rowdiness. The booking of the villa was easily and although we have stayed in Elviria before i still had alot of questions about the villa which were all answered via email very quickly. The agent who met us to take us to the villa was great and easily contactable, it took us forever to get a hire car and the agent waited patiently at the bottom of elviria at 11.30pm and didi not grumble. The Villa is absolutely stunning, i actually cant fault it! The pool area beautiful and has the sun all day through to early evening. We went in August so it was boiling. I do not know if it was the way the villa is made but we barely needed the air con on (this is a positive). As i said, i cannot rate this villa enough. As the listing says you will need a car and it will have to be reliable as it is at the to0p of a mountain.!!!
