This is a lovely Villa in a quiet location so if you want a peaceful and private place to stay than Villa Knossos ticks every box. It has a basic supermarket and a fabulous fish speciality restaurant within 5 minutes walk and Serina beach and Trinity beach within 10 minutes walk.

Absolutely amazing place, 

Everything walking  distance just the advert said. Weather great apart from half a day . The villa was fully equipped with everything needed to complete the holiday. Only one small snug, downstairs bathroom was very small but I managed as I used it .The Rep was a wonderful lady very helpful and kind. 
I will certainly like to revisit.

When we arrived it was very dark but the apartment was easy to find it was very clean and tidy and easy for my erderly dad to get about I would defenetly stay there again .

The pictures of the property really don't do it justice. It was far bigger than expected with plenty of space for peace and quiet if needed or great space for getting together. It is in a lovely location if relaxation is required, if it's partying and nightlife you want then it's perhaps not for you but Protaras and Ayia Napa are not too far away. The beaches are good, well within walking distance. Our party consisted of Grandparents, daughter and three teenagers and we all enjoyed the villa and surrounding area. Eating out required transport but if your up for a stroll try the Bakers Arms ( English pub). All in all top marks fantastic place.

Amazing place with everything you need. We was surprised from the huge size of the villa and the facilities it has. We will sure be back again

We had a great holiday at the Villa Seabreeze. The Villa is a good size though all 3 upstairs bedrooms are rather small - making it hard to walk round the bed without bumping into the wardrobes etc, the downstairs is generously proportioned and the basement bedroom (though sadly rather musty-smelling) is a great size.

Outside could be better, the swimming pool was filthy, with green scum around the outside and due to tall-trees next door it never saw the sun, making it extremely cold - even for us Brits. It was cleaned towards the end of our stay which did help a lot. The Jacuzzi was unusable despite being "cleaned" as it was grubby and murky - even if it had been cleaned, it was unheated so a bit pointless as a Jacuzzi. The sun loungers were great, plenty of space in the sunshine for them with a few small tables and umbrellas around too. The outdoor tables were fine, if a little dirty and the BBQ is a great feature.

The area is fabulous, even better than we had hoped. It is a very short walk to local shops and restaurants and they are plentiful. The nearest edge of Fig Tree Bay is much closer than we'd expected and even our 3 year old could walk to it, the beach there is beautiful golden sands and warm, clear sea. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for a small fee, as well as watersports and beach restaurants.

The Anemoni 11 is situated on a very small development that gives easy access to the Protaras centre and a supermarket but retains a real sense of tranquility. The facilities are first class and we had sufficient space for our party of six people. The villa manager and the owner were very helpful. We had one minor issue with one of the sun beds on our first day the owner resolved it within a very short timeframe. We would definitely return to this villa and strongly recommend to families who want the proximity of the hustle and bustle of the town and yet enjoy the facility of a private pool and your own personal space.

Lovely property in a great location and equipped with everything and more that its description states. Furnishings to the highest quality throughout internally and externally.
Very well maintained pool and gardens ideal for Al Fresco dining or just chilling with a drink.
Excellent communications from Lynn at Genesis with regards to all aspects of our stay, including the building of the new barbeque which was carried out with minimal fuss and intrusion, and which gave us an even better outdoor cooking facility. Also a nice friendly pool man who keeps the pool in tip top condition.
Good wi-fi access to keep you in touch with the real world whilst you chill.
Value for money wise, a good relaxing holiday is worth every penny when you have nothing to concern you, and the villas setting, standard of fit out and equipment meant that that was possible from minute 1 of our holiday.
Not sure about the 10 min stroll along the boardwalk to Protaras, maybe more like the proverbial country mile, but certainly a pleasant 25 min walk. 
All in all we would give a 9.5/10 and we would certainly recommend this Villa to others or return ourselves if visiting Cyprus again.
