We had a fantastic stay at the Highbury. (Our second visit)  It is like staying at someone's home. Everything you need is there. The terrace is wonderful to sit out on an evening, or just to take a break from the sun. And the pool is very refreshing in the mid day heat. The gardens abound with plum, lemon, orange and pomegranate trees.
The location is good. Just far enough out to be quiet, but still only a short bus ride into the town. 
We really like it there and have no hesitation in recommending it. It is the ideal place to stay whilst enjoying the wonderful delights of Dalyan.

We've just returned from a perfect stay at Highbury Villa. Really can't fault it and everything was as described.
Accommodation was great. Clean and plenty of room. We have 2 teenage boys, one slept on sofa bed in lounge which was pre-arranged and set up for us.
Water cooler in kitchen was a blessing and only a few quid to get bottles delivered/changed. It is approx a 20min walk, we did it once but too hot. Dolmus is easy and regular but taxi's are very reasonable and offer a good service.
The location is very private and peaceful, loved the terrace and garden. The pool was cleaned early every morning so that we could use it first thing.
Even when the air con unit in 2nd bedroom packed up, the service was great. We contacted Dalyan select, the owner also contacted us. We were kept informed and it was repaired within 36hrs.
We've never been on holiday to the same place twice but we had such a good holiday we are seriously considering it. Thank you.

Very pleasant and very hot holiday indeed. The villa is lovely and the pool is lovely too, not to mention very much needed. Everything is catered for in the villa. We didn't need a single thing that wasn't already there or thought of. It was our 3rd visit to the area so we knew exactly what to expect from Dalyan. We love it.. communications with owners, pick up and drop off and the lovely lady that cleans the pool and takes care of the villa were perfect. Highly recommended all round.. thanks again..

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Highbury, relaxing in a beautiful setting slightly out of town.This wasn't a problem as we hired a double electric scooter which Peter hired for us at a low cost.This was delivered to the door by Dalyan Select on our arrival. We were able to go all round town and see all the areas we hadn't seen before.It was 40degrees but the scooter provided  us with a lovely breeze which we really enjoyed.The pool was beautiful, I would highly recommend a stay at The Highbury and hope to return next year .Thankyou Peter for your prompt replies Ten out of Ten please say Hello to Perrian

had a most enjoyable two weeks staying at Highbury Villa. It was very clean and well equipped. The patio area was perfect for outdoor dining, or just having a drink and we loved the gas bbq. The pool area was ideal for relaxing on a lounger or taking a cooling dip. Perihan came early each morning (except Sundays) to check and clean the pool and water the garden. She was very helpful with her local knowledge.
Internally the villa was spotless and the mix of AC and ceiling fans meant that you were always cool in the evenings.
Any negatives? No not really. The town was a hot 25 minute walk away but you could get a bus at the top of the road for about 60p. Or rent a bike or a car.
 Being Turkey things like low water pressure, slow e-mail (if you included pictures) and unreliable TV are the norm, so expect them. They certainly didn't spoil our holiday. Not one bit and we hope to re-visit in the future.

This was our second visit to this lovely property, we found it to as good as we remembered the previous comment made in 2014 stand!!!.
As before I would not hesitate in highly recommending to all.

Another wonderful stay at Highbury Villa. So homely and comfortable. Just love it here and want to keep coming back. Villa is very clean and spacious and you have total privacy. Car hire easily arranged thanks to owner. Excellent communication with owner who keeps me up to date with things prior to trip.

Stayed here for our second time..Highbury villa is both private and comfortable .The pool is fantastic very private.The villa feels home from home.Perihan keeps the pool , gardens and villa spotless.It has everything you need.The villa is out of town a slight walk but is very flat and was not a problem for me and my husband. If it was too hot a taxi is very easy at hand for no more than 20 lira.The area is great as you can mix with locals as they are so friendly.Gunlucklu restraunt is very close at hand with excellent food and ice cold effes.There is a local shop just over the road if you happen to need anything as it stocks most items. Again friendly owners.I would recommended highbury villa to anyone looking for a private peaceful holiday.Peter and kim are helpful with your bookings and perihan is a wonderful woman who will always look after you if you need her.We had a fantastic holiday .I will be returning again for the 6th time next year to dalyan. I have been all over turkey but dalyan is mine and my husbands little bit of paradise. So maybe give turkey a go Its a great place to holiday...

Stayed here on the 18th july 2015 for two weeks.On arrival we were greeted by perihan   who showed us around the villa and was very welcoming.The villa is very comfortable and we loved the privacy of the whole villa especially  the pool area.Although  situated outside the main town of dalyan this was not a problem as it added to the charm of the area.The walk into town takes around 20/25 minutes and me and my husband never found this a problem as the road is straight and flat and we took a taxi back from the town for 20 lira.The restaurant  up the road is fantastic with excellent food and there is a great little shop over the main road .The villa has everything required  to make a home from home.It was kept very clean along with pool by perihan who worked very hard.The area of the villa is very peaceful and its really good mixed in with other villas and other turkish locals who are real friendly.We have been all over turkey but fell in love with dalyan a few year ago. Will be back next year.Thanks ever so much peter and kim  for letting us into your fantastic home ...Carmen and Kevin

We visited in September 14 found the villa to be like a home from home the whole package was a great experience ,pool was fantastic with the sun on it all day look forward to further visits in the future.
We would not hesitate in recommending to all.
