Thank you to you and Roger for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home in Dalyan again (2nd visit stayed August  2018) We loved it again. Arif looked after us very well, he is a really nice man. Hopefully we will be back in the very near future its just a perfect holiday for us.

We all had a fantastic holiday in Dalyan and could not be more impressed with your beautiful villa.  The outside space was simply magnificent and perfect for everyone's needs no matter their age.  I echoed previous guests comments in your guest book and everything you could possibly need or want was available and we genuinely felt like we were guests in your house.
The bikes were so useful and definitely a massive positive. 
Arif came everyday and we did have a small problem with one of the air conditioning units leaking in the bedroom, which he sorted immediately … very impressive !
We would love to come back again some time in the future and thank you for all your help and advice with our booking and for arranging all the transfers which, again, were faultless  
  

Having stayed at various villas in Olu Deniz and Ovacik, the past 10 years, We decided to try a different resort. Somewhere a bit more traditional. I think we hit the jackpot. Dalyan has all the charm of a traditional small Turkish tourist town, yet it still manages to keep it's historic character. It reminds me of what Turkey was like 20 years ago, when I first visited this region. Pam and Rogers villa sits in an area that is only a slow 10 minute walk into town (slow is about all you can manage in this heat). There were 8 of us in our group, consisting of both young children and adults. As soon as we arrived we were taken back at just how beautiful the villa grounds are. Perfectly maintained gardens that are colourful and lush, thanks to the gardener that visits regularly. The pool was big enough to fit us all in and the water is treated every morning with just the right amount of chlorine. The filter system is fantastic and keeps the pool edges very clean. the best part is that because the sun is always in the line of the pool it heats up to a great temperature very quickly, before 11am. There is also ample shaded spots around the pool for protection. So on to the villa itself. Now, I've stayed in many villas before but never one as well equipped as this. It has everything. And I mean everything. It has the best equipped kitchen I've ever used in rented accommodation. Many other villas advertise their so called 'well equipped villas' but Villa Lottie is on another level. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept soundly every night. The call to prayer from the nearby mosque is something you get used to, and actually has a calming effect. It all adds to the charm of this place. The seating areas both inside out were ample to seat our group of 8. The garden is huge and absolutely beautiful. The pictures on this site don't do it justice. The rooms are all air conditioned and have mosquito mesh sliding doors. All the bedrooms have modern, clean shower rooms and there is a large Jacuzzi bath downstairs. There was ample space for all of us to store our clothes and personal belongings in our rooms. The giant chilled water machine in the kitchen was a God send. You just replace what you use. Pam and Roger have really gone the extra length to ensure that their guests have everything they require. Communication with the owners was superb, every step. They even sent a welcome pack via post. Best holiday in ages. We'll be back one day, for sure.

We will remember Villa Lottie Fondly, We had a fantastic Seven days. Ismail (poolman) was very nice and helpful - make him a drink! the pool and gardens are beautiful. Try the Lime restaurant you wont regret it Thank you

We were met at the airport by our own designated driver who took us straight to Villa Lottie, a journey of 25 minutes, when we pulled up at the Villa it was still dark, but the lights at the gate were on as were the garden lights ...our first impression was… WOW is this all ours? The Villa had everything we could have asked for. We settled in very quickly, made easier by the instructions given to us by Pam the owner, she was so helpful! We spent most of our time chilling around the pool and laying in the Kosh, with our evenings spent down the town. Roger and Pam recommended the "Four Seasons Restaurant" and they were right,.. We had a lovely meal and eat there several times. The beach was a bit of a trek on the bus which was hot, but we got there OK, we used the taxi boats in the end,.. what fantastic days out on the river we had. We can certainly recommend this Villa, it is one of the best we have ever stayed in, and the pool and the garden were so clean and inviting. We will be looking to bring some friends back with us very soon. A big thank you to Roger and Pam for letting us stay in your fantastic villa.
