We had an amazing time at the villa, everything was perfect and we were very impressed with the setting, location, facilities and of course, the host Philip, if I could score 11 out of 10, i would, we will be definitely coming back here again soon, I would recommend this villa to everyone 😁😁

We have just spent one month at this property. It is kept very clean and outside is looked after on a daily basis with the pool being cleaned once a week Very quiet location and very peaceful stay. On the downside as it can be a very scaryand crazy place to drive a small motorbike , we opted for taxi and tuk tuk to travel to all places of interest this ate into our spending money heavily. Motorbikes are the way forward to sight see phuket but be prepared the roads are mad and we decided one accident could ruin the entire holiday.

For families or couples looking for a quiet retreat from the crowds and noise of the larger resort towns of Thailand, this villa is perfect. The beach at Rawai is not really a swimming beach but there are some excellent ones within a 15 min. drive.{ A rental car is recommended to really enjoy the area and we found some excellent deals on-line before we left Canada } Rawai town is largely unspoiled with lots of great restaurants to choose from and Coral Island just off the mainland is beautiful for swimming and snorkeling The two bedroom villa is very clean and comfortable and of course the big bonus is the private pool. The employees are friendly and always ready to help with small issues.Phil, the co-owner is a great guy and is always available when needed. We had a major crisis one day when the bottle of wine we had purchased came with a cork and no cork screw was to be found in the villa.A quick phone to Phil and we were happily drinking wine ten minutes later !! Check the photos of the villa on line and what you see is what you get,a little oasis in Phuket

The villa is conveniently located off a secondary road so there is not traffic, however one can easily get to the beach or go buy groceries with a motorbike (and it is fun to do so). The villa is very well equipped, clean, modern, with good furniture, good WIFI, a nice medium- size pool regularly cleaned and monitored. The stay is very well organized, with the manager on site, welcoming you and giving you a tour of the area to orient you the first day, and checking regularly that all is well. They even provide you with a cell phone in case you need one for your local calls.

Had an excellent stay in this Villa. Phil greeted us and took us around the area to show us some regular tourist spots and night-life areas. We were welcomed with beer, muffins and cereal which was excellent. Having your own pool is always good and it was extremely quiet which is good for relaxing. Our only issue was the mosquitoes (which is of no fault of the owners). It may be that just because of being close to a pool in a not so populated area they seem to be everywhere. There are coils and a zapper provided though which were put to great use. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else to do the same.

Was everything that you would expect from a tropical villa. The pool was llovely and the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly. We wished we had spent the entire two weeks here and not moved to another property further North. This was pre-booked. I would recommend a hire car to reach the towns surrounding the property but there was a courtesy bus each day . We were given a local tour by Chris and this is a very welcome trip at the beginning of the stay.
