Villa Owner

The Villa was very nice home from home with the added bonus of sunshine. The service that was provided was excellent from the use of in house mobile phone to the taxi service provided. The only thing I would complain about is the distance into Calis town centre but the walk along the beach is relaxing and twenty five mins into calis town centre when walking along a beach is not really a problem.

Brilliant! Nick and Aysun seem to be on call day and night and put a lot of effort into making your holiday as trouble free as possible. Zeki is around every morning cleaning/checking the pool and  grounds meaning everything is taken care of. 

A minor problem is that it is slightly further away from the main area of Çalis with no dolmus stopping close to the villa, which can be a bit of a pain at night and possibly the day if you don't like walking in the heat.  There is however a lovely (and we think better) part of the beach a 5 or so minute walk away. The villa provides a taxi service offering a good discounted rate, which is a really helpful extra although it would end up pricey if you were on a budget and wanting to get a taxi every night. The nearest dolmus stop is about a 10 - 15 minute walk away. They are cheap, regular and run until around midnight. 

We absolutely loved it and if there was an option for 5+ stars would not have hesitated to give that rating. A relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. We can't wait to go back!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It is nice and spacious which we needed with three teenagers and grandma. The pool was great and we have visited the area a few times but this was definitely our best located accommodation.  Would love to stay here again.

Another wonderful holiday and it was nice to see the kitchen has had a bit of tlc, new crockery and cutlery as mentioned last year, it would have been nice to have the pool lights working and some comfy patio furniture , Nick did explain this was on order, can't wait for next year it is so relaxing and we love this area of Calis it is so easy to jump on a dolmus or ring for Metim(not sure on spelling) the taxi driver who even comes with you to do your shopping , the phone in the villa is a wonderful touch and gives you complete peace of mind.This was our 2nd holiday in the villa and it certainly won't be our last ......

Overall space we found very tight for a family of six, the threat of eviction for leaving the air conditioning on we thought was very intimidating. However, extra services of mobile phone, taxi service and Nick and family helped things run smoothly. We all love Calis and had a great time.

Excellent villa meet all our needs. A little bit outside the main Calis resort but Dolmus link not too far and good restaurants (mekan)not far away. Excellent service from Nick nothing was too much trouble. Villa clean and well kept and the pool was lovely ideal for getting away from the heat of the day and a good size. 2 showers and barbeque were a bonus

The advertising was correct and the villa was more or less as expected ,I contacted inresort and it took a while to get an answer but I did eventually and the end result was perfect, we had no problems with check in/out the service for both was perfect and the driver even stopped and bought us water on way to the villa.The facilities in the villa were very good the combi oven was a bit difficult at first as I have never used one but soon sorted and the mobile phone was a brilliant touch ,so easy to contact Nick and his wife for taxis etc, and the water cooler was a god send  not having to carry water was brilliant The kitchen does need some new plates and cutlery the plates are all odd sizes and the knives and forks keep falling apart it also needs some more glasses both wine and tumblers, we had to stagger breakfast as only 2 eggs cups but a minor problem .The villa was clean and tidy but I do feel the kitchen does need some maintenance as the units are a bit past it . The area is really good and this is what appeals to us and makes us keep returning. The villa was very good value for money and we will certainly return one day .

The villa is beautiful and the pool is fantastic. Everything was clean with plenty of towels. As a family of four everything was perfect with lots of room. The management people,  Nick and family were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and any problems were sorted straight away. The phone is an excellent idea and its great to know someone is always there if you need them. The only negative is the villa is atleast a half hour walk from  calis seafront which for us was too far with a 5yr old and 2 yr old so taxis were needed every night. Other than that we would highly recommend this property and thankyou to nick for everything.

We have had an absolutely brilliant holiday and one which was both supported and enhanced by the management of  Nick and Aysun.  For them nothing was too much trouble and with the added facility of the free mobile used to contact Nick &amp; Aysun with any questions or requests we might have while in Turkey.  Need information? they had it.  Need a taxi?  they got one for you.  The villas pool is safe and large enough for our party of six which included two children under twelve. It is hard to suggest many improvements but an extra side table by the bed and side lights to enable late night reading would have been nice along with a waste bin in each of the rooms would have been useful.
Eating places were abundant and the price of eating out is good except for the price of alcohol which in Turkey is not cheap. If you come to the villa be sure to ask Nick and Aysun to arrange a visit go to the restaurant in the  mountains.  The food here was the best we experienced while in Turkey and is very reasonably priced with free mammas bread and free fruit and coffee afterwards, if you are lucky like us.  Now here is the incredible bit - the restaurant will send down a taxi to pick you up and take you back afterwards for free! The ghost village nearby was recommended but we found it a little disappointing, but the restaurant was something else and worth the visit on its own.  
Thank you once again Nick and Aysun we have never experienced service like you gave us.  We will return.

The villa was fantastic and very spacious for our family of 5.  The transfers were on time and the minibus luxurious. We received the warmest welcome from Nick, Aysun and Kaan when we arrived and they provided some great information to help us get the most from our holiday.  The pool was immaculate, a good size and cleaned every day. We stayed at the villa for 10 nights in mid July so the weather was brilliant. The Villa is only 5 minutes walk to the local beach and a 15 min walk into Calis town centre where there are more restaurants and bars to choose from. The area is beautiful and the people are so lovely.  Local prices are cheap and there are water taxis and dolmus to travel from Calis centre to Fethiye for only a few Lira. 
Overall , a really fantastic holiday, great location and we are definitely going to book with you again for next year!
