The Villa was lovely a pleasure to stay in. The TV/DVD/Games Consul didn't work, in fact we couldn't even get a signal from the TV.  Instructions in the pack didn't help and the managers advice "Keep pressing buttons and something may happen" was not what I would have hoped for from a manger of mine. Pleasant as the manager was, apart from the initial visit, we didn't see her again, not even on the day of departure ( money for old rope springs to mind). The one major thing that isn't mentioned anywhere is the thumping of "House/Dance" music virtually every night from around 10pm until circa half three. Coming from some distance away, but obviously from a club/complex. The en suite bedroom took the brunt of it and my sister was shattered after the holiday due to lack of sleep. Area was nice, the local bar the Fez full of nice very helpful staff and Kyrenia (easily reachable by bus) had plenty of nice bars and restaurants. Overall a nice holiday with only the noise at night a real issue.

This is a beautfil villa. It is very roomy but cosy at the same time. The main bedroom has balcony where you can see the sea and the mountains from. The kitchen is of good size, also, there is a good barbeque place.The pool is fantastic it is actually big enough to swim in! The best thing for us was the wonderful garden it is just beautiful with fruit trees, palm trees and lovely pretty flowers. It is so private and relaxing just to sit there and look at the lovely scenery. The villa is in such a good place as you can walk to the restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It is not far from the beaches and sea. I highly recommend this villa to have a wonderful holiday, I can not wait to go back there.

Lovely relaxed holiday in a beautiful setting. Within walking distance to Ozankoy (poets) village, with its local shop and restaurants.

Had a great stay at villa Seabreeze.  Very clean and well equipped.  Lovely private pool with steps, always cleaned regularly. Beautiful sunsets and a few minutes stroll to the beach.  Great environment for a relaxing sun holiday. Would stay here again.

Villa Sea Breeze - Esentepe, North Cyprus

We had a wonderful stay at villa carob.  Everything we needed and more! Beautiful pool and and a lovely garden full of fruit trees and exotic flowers.  Water pressure excellent as new pumps had just been fitted. Excellent DVD library. 
Very clean and comfortable. We will be booking again.

Had a wonderful stay at carob villa. Very clean and well located for all we needed ie: restaurants, supermarkets etc. 
villa had everything we needed and more! Including DVD library and PS2 to keep us all entertained when we needed a rest from the sun and beautiful pool.  The garden is an oasis of calm and privacy with lots of fruit trees and flowers. 
Water pressure to villa was excellent as new pumps had just been fitted.  We will be staying at this villa again.
