Property and location were excellent. Nice quiet area but handy for everything, both Pollenca and the beach/port being no more than 5 mins away by car.

We had a great holiday in this lovely apartment.  It undoubtedly has one of the best views in Puerto Pollensa and a gorgeous terrace to enjoy it from.  The photos don't do it justice as there are also 4 comfortable sun chairs to relax on.  Our only tiny quibble was that there are no 'welcome' items provided in either the kitchen or bathrooms.  Other than that we had everything we needed and more!

This is our third visit to Casa Llobera, which tells you how much we like the property and enjoy Pollenca. As prevously we were not disappointed. This is a lovely house in a great location.  Villarenters and Solmajorca have both proved to be very helpful and accommodating.

A great property in a fantastic location.It was everything we wanted with a superb view. Easy walk to all  the facilities. I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending this property to any one.This was the first time we had used Villarenters everything was so easy, communication with the property agent was first classand Bianca was really helpful with our booking. I dont think that the pictures for this property really do it justice. It is a very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished apartment, which is really well fitted out and is in an absolutely fantastic location. 
Some other features:
- The public areas are light and spacious and are separated by a hallway and door from the bedrooms, which is great for getting the kids to bed. 
- The rooms are all quite large, with a good amount of wardrobe space. 
- The kitchen and laundry room have all of the equipment you need and are also quite big. 
- The terrace is big enough for a large outdoor dining area and some soft seating and the views over the bay and mountains are absolutely breathtaking. 
- The apartment complex is very quiet and safe. 
- The beach is right outside the apartment, with a very small and very private beach (perfect for young kids) 20 yards from the apartment and a larger, busier beach within 100 yards. 
- The Hotel Illa dOr is next door, so there is a great bar/restaurant, with a terrace on the water less than a minute from the apartment door. 
- The busier part of the promenade is only 10-15 minutes walk along the Pinewalk (which is a beautiful walkway).  
- There is a small supermarket across the street, which stocks the essentials (very convenient, even if pricier than the larger supermarkets). 

Other points
- There is no pool, but with the beach outside this didnt trouble us.  Also, the Laguna across the road has a pool you can access if youre buying food or drinks there. 
- There is no bath, but two decent showers. 
- The satellite TV didnt work (although, in fairness, we didnt even raise this with the agent, as we werent bothered about having no TV, so maybe there was an easy solution to this issue). 

All in all, I would say this is a brilliant place to stay for a holiday in Puerto Pollenca, for anyone, but for families especially.

We had a fantastic four day break at Casa Llobera in May. The property is lovely- photos dont really do it justice. It was immaculately clean and had everything one could possibly want for a relaxing holiday. It is within walking distance if the centre of town with lovely restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed the Sunday market. Will definitely be back!

Overall it was a fantastic place to stay both the house and town . Slight niggles were that the sink taps in the family shower room didnt work (the shower did). Also there was a thunderstorm and the living area flooded to an inch of water as the outside drains were blocked and it came down into the house. We had to sweep the water out of the front door. We rang in and a man came very promptly to tell us it had happened before and the drain needs digging up. Would have been good to know this in advance as with a £1200 breakage deposit  even though there was no damage (stone floor) we didnt want to be held responsible. Having said both these things we would go back again

We stayed at Casa Llobera in 2012, and enjoyed it so much we returned this year.  We were not disappointed.  The house is as perfect as last year.  Excellent amenities, and the pool is wonderful.  A short walk to the small square where there are ample restaurants, and a five minute walk to the main square for even more choice of restaurants.  Ill also add that the neighbours in each side of the property are very friendly and helpful.  Bianca at Solmajorca was very helpful, excellent service.

We had a lovely, relaxing time in Puerto Pollensa over the Easter holidays and the apartment really added to our enjoyment. It is a well equipped self-catering apartment it has comfortable beds, private parking, wi-fi and has lots of space for two couples (like us) or a family. The view across the bay is stunning (even better than in the pictures!)and the roof terrace was a lovely place to enjoy a glass of cava or two!  It was very easy to pick up the keys and find the place and the information pack and welcome gifts of water, crisps and wine were much appreciated.
One thing we weren’t expecting was the noise from the main road below as there were lots of buses, delivery trucks and motorcycles etc. passing throughout the day, but the roof terrace was much quieter. Sometimes we felt as if we were in a goldfish bowl with people staring in, but equally we enjoyed the people watching! Everything was new in the apartment (apart from an old iron and ironing board) but if I was going to be picky, the shower doors were very difficult to open and close.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the shop downstairs is very useful but there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. We had a car which meant that other places were easily accessible such as the Cap de Formentor which has spectacular views as you drive around the mountain roads and there are lots of coves and beaches to discover.
I would definitely recommend renting this stylish apartment as it is in such a good location and Puerto Pollensa is a fabulous part of Mallorca to visit.

We thorougly enjoyed our first visit to Puerto Polensa and Majorca helped in no small part by this accommodation. The flat was just as described in the advert. Everything was new and the standard of fittings was excellent. We had virtually sole use of a marvellous little pool located just below the steps to the flat. What cannot be adequately described from the literature though is the superb location of the property and the incredible views afforded by it. Watching the wonderful sunrises over the sea was fantastic. We could catch a regular bus into the centre and be there in five minutes. From pool to shingle beach was 30 seconds to sandy beach 3 minutes walk.
There were good restaurants within 5 minutes walk and boat trips within 5 minutes walk.
The agency, Sol Majorca was located very nearby in the town and we had wonderful, friendly service and advice from them. Thank you Bianca.
The only downside for us was the lack of English speaking programmes on the German dominated satellite tv - only a few.
We would definitely re-visit and not be afraid to recommend this property to anyone.
