Very nice stay in Hua Na village, it is the secund time we have rented a house in that soi, last time on the other side of the street, ( Orchid Villas ), it`s a very peacefull 
place, so i can recommand this lovely villa. We were a Family 6 persons and we enjoy the house very much. Mr. Dang ( tuk tuk ), just outside the door, 200 bath to town.

This is a lovely property and we enjoyed a very relaxing stay here.  The pool is big and you can swim a few laps to get some exercise. The interior is fine, its not luxurious but very spacious and comfortable. Location is great if you have your own transport, 5 minutes drive from town and the beach. There is a 7-eleven and market just a short drive down the road. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. Overall, it was amazing value for money and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Hua Hin.

it was not  wheelchair but friendy but efforts are continuing  to be made to make it more disabled friendly but once in had no problems in getting around the agent David has been told what is neede and is making great strides to improve it. I would recommend it for disabled people who are more mobile.

great house, well located, great pool. The local agents were very good and arranged car hire, a welcome pack and pick up from the airport, If I went again I would take egg cups, and large glasses for drinks. The house is located in a developed area so not a  building site which is unusual and you can walk 10 mins to a small commercial centre. Taxi to cenre Hua Hin is 100 baht (£2).

If I went back to hua Hin , I would book this house again

The directions sent were wrong, you need to take Soi 116 not 112.  The villa is a bit of the beaten track and you need to use a road in need of repair as there are a lot of holes in it.  The villa itself is very nice and clean and large inside.  The pool size is excellent.  One disapointment is that not all the things listed, ie hairdryer, were not present and you would need to ask for things if they are not present.  The villa is surrounded by other very nice villas and the neighbours are all very friendly and helpful.  Ine downside is the cost of the electricity &amp; water so be aware when using the jaqcuzzi and showers and the bill soon mounts up.

This villa is very spacious, with a lovely pool &amp; jaccuzi. It is situated out of Hua Hin town, so transport is needed if you want to go to the beach, shops or restaurants. It has all the equipment necessary to be a home from home. A fabulous week was enjoyed here.

It was a great holiday for me to stay in a nice villa.
Pool and jaccuzzi were spacious enough and water was clean.
Facilities in villa looked all good.
I needed transport for beach and shops.
Rest of them were nice
The agent was kind and very helpful, as my boyfriend is also 
British they looked very happy to talk in english.
We did not have much information on Hua Hin, Dave guided
us very well so i much appreciated his help.
