Very enjoyable stay unfortunately the weather was not very good, very quick response from the owner loved the fact that there was a decorated Christmas tree put up in the living room as we were there over Christmas. It would have been good to have a email address contact the management company as it was impossible to contact them using the number provided, in the end I had to contact Lesley the owner for something the management company could have delt with in minutes.

The villa was in an ideal location and was as expected from the photos. All communication with Lesley was spot on and we have no complaints. We would definitely stay there again.

Villa is lovely and a real home from home, has everything you want, great wi-fj and really good streaming tv service for a bit of late night tv after long day at parks. Really comfortable. Close enough to shops,bars a restaurants. Walmart literally 3-5 mins away, hence the reason this is the 2nd time we have stayed in this area, we stayed on the same road just a bit further round so we knew the area. We stayed 1st week in Sept so if you wanted to stay by the pool for the day and have a break from the parks it was so lovely and peaceful and we felt completely chilled if that’s what you want after a full day at the parks!!! Communication with Lesley is great she was kind enough to offer us late checkout which was appreciated. Would recommend this villa.

The Villa was perfect for us, great location, very clean and the pool was a real hit with the kids. Communication with Lesley was good, and the offer of being able to stay for longer if needed was a welcome relief with the incoming hurricane closing Tampa airport along with the air traffic control issues in the UK. We would definitely look to stay here again if we were to visit Florida in the future.

What an amazing property. It was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Location was just right, not too far from the parks, shops and restaurants (although you certainly need a car to get to these). Lesley’s communication has been excellent throughout, well recommended. Lovely villa and in a good location close to Disney (Traffic can get quite busy though). Although it is in a residential area there is lots of things about that aren't that far to drive to. Communication with owner has been excellent she always replied promptly to any questions I had. Would recommend.

Fantastic 2 week stay at this villa. Great location as we were familiar with this area. Very close to shops and plenty restaurants within a short driving distance. One small issue with Wi-Fi not working but messaged Lesley and was dealt with immediately. Great large pool area with enough sun beds and seats for everyone. Would also stay at this villa again due to location and cleanliness of villa. Kind regards Kevin Stirrat & family.

We are a family of 5. Plenty of space in the villa for us all to be together as a family and also for us to have our own space when we needed it. Property had all of the facilities we needed. It was all very clean when we arrived. Information around the home was easy to follow. Access was simple. House location is in a quiet neighbourhood with a golf course to the rear of the property. Grass cutter was there every morning, except Sunday, for a few minutes, some time between 6.30 and 7.30, but this never bothered us. Any contact with the owner was responded to promptly, and owner messaged us beforehand with additional information. Location is great for access to Disney parks, restaurants, shops, gas station, etc.. Universal parks are further away and take longer to get to, but we knew that before we arrived. Would definitely look to use this property again. Thank you
