We stayed at Sirena Sunrise compex apt 30 in July for 18 days with 4 persons (myself, my 2 daughters of 17 and 27 and my mother of 81). We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a real pleasure dealing with the owner, Angelos and his son. The responded immediately on our emails and answered every question we had. From beginning till end it was a pleasure with Angelos. He also responded immediately on all issues/questions we had. We arrived in the evening and got our hired car at the airport and Angelos met us at the airport to guide us to the accommodation so we did not had to drive alone in the dark. Upon arrival there was a welcome pack in the house with milk, sugar, tea, bread, ham, cheese, wine, beers, water, fruit, detergent and facbric softener. The house is just as shown on the pictures. The house was clean, nice, comfortable beds and has everything you could wich for. The kitchen was also fully equiped. We enjoyed relaxing on the terras with view of the complex and pool. The pool was very clean and with good temperature. The water was fabulous, not cold at all. The only remark we have was that swiming was only possible till 20.00hr and this was too short especially when sun is still shining at that time. It would be nice if swimming was possible till like 22.00hr. Most guests tought the same way about this. Other than this I would sure stay again at Angelos' house. In my opinion he has the best loction on the complex. Nice view of the complex and pool and free parking right in front of the terras. I would certainly recommend this place and would love to deal with Angelos again in future. Thanks Angelos for everything. My mom is still talking about what a nice man you are.  We have made a new friend. Regards from the girls and keep up the good work!!!

We booked this villa for a work trip at the last minute. We needed a Villa in the Limassol District with Wifi. 

The owner met me at the villa when we arrived late on Sunday afternoon and walked me through the rooms and facilities. We could see immediately that the villa was finished to an extremely high standard. 

When the owner had left and we started preparing for our stay, we noticed that there was a fridge full of fresh fruit, meat and juice. We also had bottles of wine and beer. The cupboard had a loaf of fresh bread. This was totally unexpected but very welcomed Im not sure if this is standard for all guests but it certainly impressed us.

The villa and pool are excellent the location was great for us (although we had a car and were busy during the day in Limassol). The small estate where the villa is located had only a few neighbouring houses, this makes it quite isolated. This was perfect for us, although if you like a busy nightlife or amenities outside the villa youll need to drive.

We really enjoyed our stay and our relaxing Cypriot nights, well definitely return for business or hopefully even pleasure in the future.

Villa Angelos, a wonderful luxury brand new villa

This accommodation rocks!
Travelled with my family as a group of 5, and it was a perfect fit for the 2-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of a new-built SIRENA complex. Located in a quiet residential district and just a 10 minutes walk to the beach, its really appealing for a family stay as well as for those who enjoy sunbathing, sightseeing or shopping - and yet conveniently situated within walking distance to mini markets, shops and restaurants. Private and safe community yard/patio with car parking and large shared swimming pool made us feel at home.

The property is tastefully furnished, very clean and spacious, with the great layout (nice balcony) and interior details that made our stay truly comfortable and relaxed. All the facilities are practical and fully functional, even for the kitchen equipment we couldnt demand more indeed. Family also enjoyed free sat TV, wireless internet access, and A/C was working perfectly. 
But the most delightful part was the superb service from the property owner. Late night pick-up option, informal and very friendly communication was the trade mark worth more than anything else. Caring with smile and always ready to help - that instantly made us true friends. Should I mention a fantastic welcome-pack on arrival, and sincere advices or sightseeing tips weve got? Definitely YES!
To sum up, this propertys got many benefits that put our holiday rental experience far beyond our expectations, so wed certainly recommend it as a very good value for the price option.

P.S. What we really regret is that weve stayed just for one week - obviously we should consider at least a two-week stay next time!

Just returned from holidays in Paphos and we (3 persons but flat is suitable for 4 persons) choose to stay in Sirena Santa Marina for all 7 days which we spent in Cuprys.
Location of flat - good. 15 min walking to sandy Municipal Beach. 7-10 min walking to all restaurants. Flat is located in very silent place, no cars, no screaming children from pool as bedrooms are located to other side of it.
Equipment in flat - we were happy to find everything for our stay, even additional towels. The only thing which was bit missing was dish washing machine. :) And one more - we managed to buy fresh and juicy orange thus also juice squeezer was bit missing. But rest we had: towels, microwave, kettle, dishes, fridge, WC papers, air conditioner, toaster, TV, etc. etc. mentioned in advertisement. I was surprised - we even found safe which I used for my juvelerry. 
Flat was very clean (actually in reality it even looks better than in pictures), everything was working in it (air conditioner in each of room, WC, bath, all electronic devices, wi-fi etc).
The pool next to flat was clean, big enaught and equiped with showers, sun beds and sun umbrellas. Each morning and afternoon ice-cream mashine was welcoming guests nearby by pool. :)
Flat owner – very welcoming and nice person. We arrived to Paphos around midnight, Angelo organized us taxi and was waiting for us at the flat with very nice welcoming package (ham, cheese, bears, juice, milk, bred, tomatos, cucumbers and even grapes) so we did not need to worry about breakfasts. 
By concluding – we were very satisfied with the condition and location of flat, so we recommend it also for your stay. 
P.S. By the way - I think it was the only flat for which the deposit was not required. I am not against it but still better not to deposit anything. :)

SIRENA  SANTA MARINA APARTMENT

We have stayed in many different apartments in Kato Paphos and this one stands out as one of the best!

The location is perfect (great for couples and families) and the complex quiet and well looked after including the pool. The apartment is well furnished, large, spacious, very comfortable and clean - and appropriately kitted out, including a vast range of kitchen facilities, and TV channels such as BBC & ITV as well as many other entertainment & kid’s channels that you’d usually expect with Sky. In addition, wi-fi internet is provided both bedrooms are fitted with black out blinds that helped to secure a good nights sleep! Also we were welcomed with a very generous welcome pack of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk, ham, cheese, tea/coffee etc., which was very much appreciated. A cot-bed and high chair were also provided for our little one, which was great.

Angelos, the owner, was very helpful and friendly and kept in touch throughout our stay. 

We have already booked our return to the apartment for late 2012 and Spring 2013. 

Would definitely recommend the apartment to others. Thanks Angelos!

Great villa with very kind and caring owners! Located between Pissouri bay and Pissouri village, with beautiful view over the neighboring hills and close proximity to the sea (just a few minutes by car). Highly recommended!
