The flat is well located, the area is great, in particular for families. The only improvment would be AC, which is useful during hot and humid days.

Advertised distance to shops, beach stated as 100 metres, it is well over 1000 metres. Villa is tired and in need of  TLC. The towels and sheets are well worn and need replacing.   The towels are not bath towels, too small.  The upholstery is stained and dirty and needs a thorough cleaning. Hardly enough crockery , nearly all plastic. Overall would not recommend.

The villa is lovely, spacious, clean, fresh and tastefully decorated.
One thing that wasnt mentioned was the covered private parking for the car and that was a great as the car can get very hot when you get into it.
I definitely recommend this property to family and friends

The property was very nicely decorated, modern and well equipped. The garden and pool area was very private. It was very clean and well kept. We had a fantastic time and Id definately recommend it.

Really lovely spacious villa, fully fitted out in a lot of Ikea furniture.  Kids loved the pool.  Not much around the villa itself apart from golf course and clubhouse which did serve food and entertainment.  Local shops and restaurants were ok, but mainly full of Brits, rather than locals.  To experience local culture travel to towns like Vera.  Some ok beaches around the area, but 1 hour away is La Manga which has miles of lovely beaches.  Downsides were the fridge not working, though luckily this was on our last day (it was a 3-5 day fix time - not what you need in 30+ degrees).  Apart from that would thoroughly recommend this villa if you really just want to get away from it all and enjoy a quiet peaceful holiday

This was a replacement villa for the original one that we booked. The other had electrical problems so the property manager moved us to this one. Although a slight downgrade to our original one as it had no dishwasher or air conidtioning we were still very pleased with it. 

A clean and spacious villa located within a quiet private and gated country club. The property had excellent outside Pool area/facilities where we had many hours of laughter and fun from the kids. The villa is well located with neareast supermarket being 5-10mins drive away and nearest beach being 20mins or so.

The villa however could do with air conditioning. Fans are provided but if youre a light sleeper like me then the noise/humming sound will keep you up at night. Also could do with inside dining table for six persons seeing as the villa sleeps six. We had six in our party but the table only accommodated four.

Overall a very enjoyable, pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definately reccommend to friends and family, and if air conditioning is installed we will be back ourselves.

Very nice place and was well equipped. Comfortable, clean, tidy and quite spacious.

Unfortunately the boiler malfunctioned during our stay (thermostat needed replacing) but this was rectified the same day so well done to Cathy ( property manager) for sorting it out so promptly. 

We had a great time.
