Villa is beautiful, all open plan kitchen, diner and lounge wich is what we were looking for. Bedrooms were great. With a massive bed in the master bedroom, and en suite. Lovely pool and deck area with added bonus of hot tub and bbq. Nice gated community as well, with very friendly staff over at the clubhouse. Any minor hic ups we had were sorted almost instantly by the manager 'darren' who is easily available through the supplied telephone. Altogether a great stay in a lovely villa. If I had to moan about anything, and it's pretty petty, I would of liked to have seen a flat screen TV in the games room to accommodate the games console, instead of a little portable but having said that...the games console is a bonus on top of a pool table and table tennis table so like I say...pretty petty.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the high standard and the obvious attention to detail. The large, yet cosy, open plan downstairs was a very welcome sight after a long journey from the UK. In addition to this, the kitchen was well equipped and the laundry facilities were more than capable of meeting the needs of 6 people. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and the bathrooms very clean. For peace of mind, the alarm that monitors the doors out to the pool area is VERY loud, and so any little ones should be perfectly safe in the villa without being able to access the pool area unnoticed. On the one occasion that we contacted the maintanence man (a battery needed changing in one of the smoke alarms), he was on site the same day and sorted. The villa is situated in close proximity to the Disney Parks, as advertised, but this particular stretch of US192 can get very busy so plan your "commute" carefully. All in all, a very nice place to stay and would recommend to friends / family.

Lovely villa although location requires a car. We were at the Parks every day so it did not matter that there is not a lot of restaurants or activities within walking distance. Good that the price quoted was price paid as we also rented a Villa in Cape Coral and were hit with $150 cleaning fee and also electricity bill. Suggest that the directions to Villa are looked at as we did struggle to find it. Jut adding follow for Clermont Turnpike when coming onto Highway 27 would make it clearer. The facilities at the Villa are excellent and we were able to cook every night in a kitchen which the owners had clearly put some thought in to. All in all very happy stay and in a very comfortable and high standard accommodation. Thanks

We just spent a week and or only regret was that we could not stay longer. This is a beautiful spacious house conveniently located close to all parks / downtown Disney etc. Pool and hot tub are fantastic. We will be booking for next year very soon! - Sheehan Family, Ireland, 29 April, 2014.

Fabulous villa for a perfect disney holiday. 
The information we received for this villa was very accurate and was a true reflection of what we expected. Great location to parks, restaurants, take aways, supermarkets. We all had great fun using the facilities, table tennis, pool table, swimming etc. We enjoyed a good meal at chilies restaurant, the outback, Longhorn steakhouse just to name a few. The villa was very well equipped, and cleaned to a high standard. We would definitely book this villa again, and have already recommended to friends. Thank you Nicola & Simon. We really enjoyed the house. the kids loved the pool, table tennis, pool tables, playstation, tv in own room etc. they were as happy in the house as in the theme parks and it is ideal for a break from the parks. The home is immaculate and has everything one would need for a stay in FL. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the adults liked the alarm system to alert us when they were going outside to the pool. We thought the club house staff was very friendly and accommodating and really gave us some good advice on traveling the back roads. We really felt at home in the villa. My friends and I had a very good time at your vacation villa in High Grove. The weather was ideal for golf and the house was perfect for spending time together in the morning and evenings. The location was central for many of the golf courses and there are plenty of places to eat only a few minutes away. we swam in the pool and the water temperature was perfect even when it was a little cool outside in the morning.  I would highly recommend the villa to anybody who is thinking of going to Disney or play golf in the Orlando area. Thanks again for making your villa available

Your directions were 1st class and we found the villa without a hitch. Overwhelmed by the size and space of the villa and felt totally secure in the gated community. Everything we possibly needed was there from towels to the large BBQ and pool. Staff at the clubhouse were very  helpful and polite.  The short cut onto the Osceola Pkwy was great, cutting out virtually all traffic
and time for journeys. All Disney parks very accessible to the villa with the Animal Kingdom virtually 10 mins away. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby with Devennys on the corner for anyone looking a beer. Also a short drive down the 27 to the freeway I4 to Tampa and Bushe Gardens. Would definitely return and recommend this villa.
