This home is very nicely decorated.  It offers a wonderful place for a family holiday.  The pool and deck is a wonderful feature of the home.  Unfortunately the golf course was experiencing difficulties with the greens so the golfing experience was not the usual excellent experience.  The greens are being replaced at the time of writing this review.

Eagle Villa is in a lovely situation and is very well equipped.
It was clean but had one or two minor maintainence issues that the owner has promised to correct, nothing that spoiled the super holiday our family had there.

The community is excellent. The property overall is excellent and well equipped. The decoration and details shows a good taste. The maintenance and cleaning of the house is poor. 1- About a dozen cockroaches were found all over the house. We advised these problem to the office. The lady from the office provided us with the spray can and promised to send us a professional exterminator. The situation was not resolved until thursday July 5th. That was no acceptable to us because we were promised a prompt solution. This means that we had to live with the cockroaches for half of our stay. Dead cockroaches can be found now behind the washer and dryer, behind the refrigerator, and the light cover in the laundry room. 2- We found food under the cushions in the living room. 3- We had to clean the top of the refrigerator and through away a metal tray that was rusted. 4- The venetian blinds in the dining room are falling apart. 5- Bathroom No.2 has a musty odor. 6- The door knob in the pantry needs to be replaced. 7- The back door to the pool needs adjustment. 8- The garage door was lubricated by us due to loud noises. 9- The garage was cleaned by us in order to get rid of the cockroaches and cobwebs. 10- The front door needs a new rubber strip down the bottom. 11- The house in general needs a very good vacuuming  especially for the curtains and the furniture.

We loved the property and generally we had  a good time but we did have some problems with the pool which were dealt with promptly but unfortunately the jacussi took until the end of our holiday to fix.
Our biggest concern was  pests, probably due to a massive storm in our fourth week, which did spoil our holiday.

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed your lovely villa. It was spotlessly clean and the decor was really tasteful. We have been to a lot of villas and they tend to be a bit chintzy but your house was really nicely furnished, very much in line with our tastes.  The weather was brilliant and I will remember having breakfast watching the golfers go by for a long time to come. We stayed at Southern Dunes a couple of times before about 6 years ago and we fell back in love with the estate, we forgot how nice the views and the estate is.
 
The other great thing about the house was that it was so well equiped, plenty of utensils and the washing machine and drier were excellent, in fact we would say it is one of the best equipped villas we have ever stayed in.  Rosie called round to check we had settled in on our first day and gave us a card in case we needed her for anything. 
 
All round we had an excellent stay and thank you for allowing us to rent your house.  We wouldnt hesitate to rent it again or recommend it to others.

Downside is the noise on mondays when they do the landscaping.
