Considering the price, the villa definitely exceeded our expectations. Photos are not enough for realizing the value of this property, you need to feel the atmosphere. 
First of all, villa is spacious and very well decorated with furniture looking as new. You will find all the equipments and materials you may ever need during your holiday. Also all equipments work very well.
Outside the villa you will find a well maintained garden with flowers and lemmon trees. The pool is not very large but enough for getting cool and enjoy the water. The best part of the outside area is the Kosk, which you can have small naps, enjoy the fabulous mountain view or eat your meal. 
The villa is placed at a peaceful area very close to Dalyan city center which guaranties a quite and relaxing holiday. Also transport to city center is easy. The walls and plants surrounding the garden gives you privacy.
In conclusion, we had our best holiday in Villa Ikinci Bahar. It will be the only place we would like to stay for the next time we come to Dalyan.

The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the villa location.  The villa itself is airy and spacious.  Very clean and best standard of furniture of a villa we have stayed in.  This is the best holiday we have ever had and did not want to leave.  Myself, my husband and little girl went in september 2011.  Weather was fantastic, 35 every day with great breeze.  We spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony in the rockers with our daughter playing (its safe for children upstairs as she couldnt climb over or fall through), plus it is shaded most of the day.  The view of the mountains, orchards and distance is unbelievable.  We watched eagles and lots of other wildlife from our seats.  The garden is lovely and fully enclosed.  The kosk is great for an afternoon nap, coffee or late night drink.  We found the facilities and equipment more than adequate to our needs.  The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the restaurant (if you want to drink) and a little shop for essentials.  Taxis are cheap into town and available at all hours of the day or night.  We honestly cannot say enough about the property and the fantastic holiday we had.  We will be back very soon and have shown the pictures to all our friends....thanksx

Nice house, away from it all. Beautiful, peaceful garden with small but adequate pool. We would have liked to have had  a dishwasher and some extra utensils in the kitchen ( salad bowl, serving spoons, juicer).

It was absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our already high expectations. The garden was luscious, the villa was stocked with everything you could possible need or want. The location was perfect - you had a real sense of peaceful seclusion, but with a restaurant and shop in 5 minutes walk away and the centre of Dalyan just 30 mins walk away or 5 minutes on the regular dolmus.

Were not your typical villa renters and try not to repeat holidays, but I could stay at Ikinci Bahar year after year!

The villa exceeded our expectations for a rental villa, with luxury fittings and furnishings. The location was so quiet and peaceful with fabulous views from the balcony, especially at sunset. We did have a hire car but could have managed without one as the food at the local restaurant was lovely and the local shop was well stocked. The dolmus {mini bus} was frequent to take us into Dalyan. We had the most relaxing holiday ever due in part to long naps in the Kosk !

We have had a wonderful 10 days here. The villa is perfect and had everything that we needed. The garden is beautiful and my boys (12 & 5) have loved playing in the pool and eating in the Kosk! What a magnificent villa. The design, tasteful decor and furnishings, excellent swimming pool and the fine array of colour in the garden all create a wonderful environment for a relaxing time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa on such a perfect place. We loved the garden,the Kosk and the view of the mountains. The children really loved the pool and said this was the best place of our three weeks in Turkey. We agree on that. We made trips with our rental car to the beach and to Akkaya Garden and by boat to the turtles. But most of the time we just relaxed and that was perfect !
