We visited last year in July. The villa was smaller than we expected from the advert especially the living area. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen was well equipped.
The patio area is small and shared with other villas. On many occasions we had to sit amongst other families which was a little uncomfortable. The pool is nice but fills most of the communal area. 
The villa is in a good location being about 15 minutes walk from Belek centre where there are many lovely restaurants.

We have very nice lazy, sunny holidays in this villa. Villas air condition and large swimming pool were what we really enjoyed. Only supply of water was off or weak a few times. It was easy to walk to the Beleks center to shopping and to eat dinner. Villas caretakers were frendly and very helpful. And Afri, from Afri rent a car, take care off our taxi transportation between villa and airport and also trips to the waterfalls, Side and Antalya.

We were all very happy to stay in your house.

The villa was nice and clean on our arrival, and we found all we needed to keep up the good standard. Ufuk was there to open the door and due to your very useful guide, we were there almost on time. He was very surprised that we found the house so easily. He came by a couple of times. He was very kind and helpfull and was on the spot the day we left. We found the brouchures in the house most useful, we asked Ufuk for information and the Turkish/English family next door was great company.

We enjoyed the area very much and found the scenery on the road to Isparta extremely beautifull (Denmark is vey flat). We also enjoyed antique Side and Aspendos very much (especially the grown ups). We went sailing (a 3-hours-trip) which we all enjoyed. We went to the market in Belek to buy lovely fruit and vegetables and tried to cook Turkish dishes.

We found the house and the area very suitable for all 3 generations. Benny took the boys fishing in the river. The had a great time and caught a crab.

We enjoyed the welcome back and find it hard to wish for anything to be added.

We got used to go to one of the local internet cafes.

All in all we were very happy to stay in your house and had no bad experiences at all. 

If you ever plan to go to Denmark dont hesitate to contact us if we can be of any help.

"Wonderful holiday"

We had a wonderful holiday in your villa (2 adults, 3 teenagers). Everything was well-maintained, clean and in very good order. We had a nice welcome, were picked up at the airport (even if it was in the middle of the night) and the service was perfect. The villa is one of the most beautiful we saw in Belek and pool and air-condition were most welcome in this hot August! We made several day trips (Antalya, Side, Kursunlu-Waterfalls, Aspendos), found nice restaurants in Belek and also Kadriye beach was beautiful. Hope to come back one day and see more of wonderful Turkey.

 We had a great time in Belek. The villa is tastefully furnished and our families especially the children enjoyed very much the beautiful pool - it is so big that we played water games!
 
Belek is a beautiful resort town with the town center completed with marble floors, water fountains, restaurants and shops. And it was an easy walk from the villa. Unfortunately we had to miss the summer concerts by the big water fountain....
 
The villa is also very centrally located which enabled us to do some fantastic day trips, thanks to the thoughtful recommendation of the owner. The local agent was very helpful as well. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday!

 Klasse Lage, und mit Abstand eins der schönsten Villas in Belek. 
Die Einrichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. 
Werde auf jeden fall noch einmal hinreisen. 

Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a very nice, warm and relaxing vacation in the villa (4 adults and 3 children). The villa was clean, in good order and on good position. The pool area was large and well-maintained. The car rental service was reliable and very helpful in a reasonable price. (Airport transfers, car rental, day trips www.belekrentacar.com)
 We recommend this villa to families with children. There are good possibilities to make your own day trips and adventures to the Antalya, the Side and the sea. There are many good restaurants and shops not to mention the market day in the Belek.
