Another lovely holiday at this pleasant villa.  The private pool is the stand-out for this villa, just two steps from the lounge door!  The property is homely and comfortable, with a corner shop two minutes walk away. Quite a long walk to town, but a taxi is only 10TL - about £3.50.

The location was as advertised, however the villa was dirty, with broken ceiling light fittings, a broken freezer, showers that didn't drain,light bulbs missing and broken, dirty furniture.  There was food left in the freezer and dirty razors left on the shower fittings.  The cupboards were filthy.  Photos available.  The villa desperately needs care and attention.  Shared pool was lovely as the adjoining villa had taken responsibility for the cleanliness of the area.

Overall the property is nice, and the fact it is in a residential area is lovely.  

There are a few areas which are needing a little tlc (fridge door handle is cracked, plasterwork repairs are not particularly great, some plug sockets are loose.  It is worth noting that the third bedroom is incredibly small, more a small boxroom in size, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep there so the room was not used.

We were not visited by the property agent following our arrival and, had it it not been for the transfer driver giving us directions, it would have been incredibly difficult for us to find our way to the beachfront.  It is a 20 minute walk to the seafront and restaurants, but it is over the busy main road so this is worth noting if you are travelling with small/young children.

I encountered a few issues with the property agent, which were not insurmountable but were things that should not have occurred - I had to chase them 3 times over a 3 week period to confirm the airport transfer and late departure, the keys were not at the property on our arrival and we had a 20 minute wait on someone arriving with a set, there was no welcome pack despite requesting this (although they did go and get us some bread and milk that night when asked), we were not given any keys for the safe, and there were some difficulties with the electrics whilst we were there).

I have returned home with some fond memories but it could have been a better experience.

An excellent property for a family. The villa was clean and very well appointed. The pool was brilliant, and kept in first class condition. The area is a little out of town, but is very peaceful with lovely views of the mountains. There are several small shops nearby for bread etc, and the nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at the chateau de ummetoglu.Everthing was rearly nice ,location was rearly good poolwas nice.The best thing was the patio on the back which was private and quite.
the only slight complaint was that the upstairs toilet was not working for the 2 weeks of our stay.

The reason we did not rate the villa as Excellent,was due to minor factors.ie-the advert said that the villa had air-con and it did not,but we managed.Due to miss communicationOtherwise very pleased with the Area and outlay of the property.
The facilities within the villa were of very High standards-everything we needed was to hand.The only negative was,Not enough waldrobe space for the number of people that stayed-so needs to be address.There were minor problem like, leak to sink and the shower.
These  were all addressed,with ease.

Finally,the positives.The Pool was Great,the surrounding were breath-taking and the Gardener was very freindly.Great time had by All.We loved the villa and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed and fun time.

The property is excellent value for money.
The pool was brilliant and so was the Barbecue. 
The washing machine did smell a little but the smell did go after a few washes. 

The villa was situated about a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of the resort. 

We really enjoyed ourselves and the villa was very cheap but had everything we needed.

as stated before by previous people the property could have done with more bedding .We had problems with air con which was fixed promptly .My main problem was with pool maintenance as a few times during our stay the pool quality was poor and on one occasion it was infested with water boatmen and was out of bounds for quite a few hours .There was no contact with the agent and no advice re the surrounding area .Three out of six villas were broken into during our three week stay fortunately our was not ,but as a result we would not book here again
