If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday then this is the place for you.  Transport is essential though, we had a moped which was absolutely perfect for what we wanted.  Villa is very private, not overlooked which is always good

Owners were on hand if needed, very helpful arranged a taxi to pick us up from airport, the hire of the moped and Taxi back to airport.  Slight issue with the internet going down for half a day but again, as soon as we contacted the owners it was sorted out

All in all, we had a great time and will definitely return to Thailand soon... Would I recommend this Villa? Yes

We had a fantastic 8 night’s stay here.  The outside space was great, a lovely sunny pool area but plenty of shade if wanted – and very private.  The villa itself was spotless, and the owners had put a lot of thought into ensuring it contained everything we needed.  There were even a couple of new bicycles for guest use! 
 
We visited the local bar a few times – Won was great and the locals very friendly.  It’s a very quiet area though, so I’d recommend a scooter or car to venture further afield.  The owners organised a taxi from the airport and it will stop at the big Tesco Lotus in Pranburi.

This was our first time renting a villa, everything was perfect for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.  A big thank you goes from us to the owners, who were perfect hosts!

My wife and myself stayed for two weeks with our son in September, we were delighted with the villa and our whole stay. We have no negatives at all, the area is beautiful and a lovely drive to Hau Hin and lots of places to visit. You do need a car, which was arranged by Bradley, the owner, who was on hand to look after the pool and us! We would use this villa again with pleasure.

House is absolutely top. Area around is a bit quiet. In order to get to the beach a car or motorbike  is an absolute must. Hua Hin City is about 40min drive away.
Owners Brad and Sonja are absolutely great! They help you concerning any matter and keep the house in an amazing shape!

Absolutely wonderful Holiday, would I got back, Yes! as quickly as I can get some free time. The Area is very quite and If your looking for a more lively time this may not be your correct destination therefore I have rated it 4 Stars. However for what I wanted I would give it 6 Stars. The only complaint I can make of the Villa is that I did not stay there longer. The nearby National Park has some beautiful beaches with next to Zero tourists. Just beware of the caves these are not the tourist friendly ones you would find in Derbyshire. We turned back after about 40 minutes inside however we did go in 30 meters further than Indian Jones :)  Food! everywhere and cheap. Cash Points (ATM) everywhere. Local big Tesco with everything you need and western food outlets if required. Car hire I would say is a must, but it is cheap, they drive on the correct side of the road and are courteous drivers, so no problem. A perfect holiday!

Tip 1 Make sure you know what gate exit the driver will be waiting at. Ours was at 3 and we came out at 10, slight panic! but then I found out the drivers cannot get access to all exit gates, so in the end no problem.
Tip 2 Take your TOMTOM Satnav and down load the Thailand map, find places on the Internet and off you go.

Owners very friendly and helpful.  Villa is spotlessly clean.  You really need transport if you want to get around.  Nice quiet beaches a short drive away and Hua Hin is still close enough for day trip.

Everything about this villa was spot and as the owners were living across the road they have been taking special care of it. We especially liked the pool which was very very private and not overlooked by anyone so we could fully relax. Would definitely stay there again if the owners would let us.

First time villa renters , and what a great experience . Villa is spotless . And well maintained , we had a great stay here and will return . The area for us is great not to busy and not to quiet .  Made to feel very welcome by brad and Sonia and as said  we will return next year for a week . This was our second visit to this Villa, and once again, were not disappointed.
Brad and Sonia go out of their way to make sure everything is right, the pool and villa cleaning is superb.
The area is quite rural, but lots of places to visit, we had scooters which are great for getting out and about.
The beach is great, Lovely to watch the kite surfers, and for having a massage.

just got back from this villa - spent the whole month of February there. everything went as planned and brad and sonia were very helpful when required.

the villa itself is excellent ...great pool and everything spotless.

the village is intruiging and the local bar a real eye-opener but we had some great nights there with locals and other holidaymakers.

its a quiet area but hua hin is only 1/2 hr away -  you need a car to get around.

local beach is very quiet but beautiful... we had a lovely relaxing time and would certainly consider returning.
