We went with friends ( total 4 people) 1 week in this beautiful holiday home - would have liked to stay even longer. The grounds and the house are beautiful and well maintained. Pool great and cool (despite August heat), bedroom spacious with great beds and mattresses. The house is about 15 minutes from Porec easily accessible. The environment is still little touristy and pleasantly quiet - except for the steeple and a Gockel ;-) The house has only one neighbor (back) from the garden you have a wonderful view towards the sea and a directly adjacent olive grove. All in all a wonderful holiday in a great villa with very friendly and helpful owner!

(Wir waren mit Freunden (insgesamt 4 Personen) 1 Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus - und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Außenanlage als auch das Haus sind wunderschön und gepflegt. Pool toll und angenehm kühl (trotz August-Hitze), Schlafzimmer großzügig mit tollen Betten und Matratzen. Das Haus liegt ca 15 Minuten von Porec entfernt ist aber leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist noch wenig touristisch und angenehm ruhig - außer dem Kirchturm und einem Gockel ;-) Das Haus hat nur einen Nachbarn (rückseitig) vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Meer und einen direkt angrenzenden Olivenhain. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern!)

My family stayed in this beautiful villa and enjoyed its lovely pool and facilities. It is about 5 yrs old so everything is clean and modern. The TV system is amazing with a very large selection of films to watch in English on the hard drive. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are wonderful.

The garden was lush and green. It is ideally situated to explore Porec, Rovinj, Istralandia Aquapark and Pazin. I would highly recommend this villa. The owners were really lovely too.
