The apartment was exactly as described on the website.  It was very well equipped and spotlessly clean.  We had a small problem with the dishwasher but the agent Azure came and sorted it right away.  The pool area is very clean and maintained most days.  Irina provides sun loungers for use around the pool.  The complex and surrounding area is very quiet although it is only about a seven minute walk to the town and promenade where there are lots of restaurants and shops to choose from.  Calis is a beautiful area and not too commercialised, you can take a walk into Fethiye all the way along the promenade and there are lots of other things to see and do.  I would definately recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay here again.

We stayed at Covent Garden for 16 nights August/September 2016.
The apartment was as described in the advert, and contrary to previous reviews it was well equipped, the bed linen was perfect and there was an abundance of new clean towels.
The kitchen was very well equipped with all new appliances including a huge fridge. Yes the TV was quite old as mentioned in a previous review, but who needs a TV on holiday!!
The two bathrooms were again spotless and well equipped and in my 11 years of staying in Calis the showers were the most powerful we have used( never running out of hot water)
The apartment is located in a good position approx. a 5 min walk  to the promenade across the main carriageway. The complex is very small and private with a good sized, well maintained pool, which is cleaned every other day, the apartment even has its own loungers and cushions for your own use.( these were left at the poolside and no one ever tried to use them.)
A reviewer commented on the families that live on the complex all year and their attitude towards them, we never had any such problems and found them all to be pleasant and interactive.
The communication between Irina /Clickstay and ourselves was first class. We had a small problem with one of the balcony doors this was rectified very quickly by Azure who manage the property and are located in Calis. 
We booked the transfers via Irina/Clickstay and the drivers were always on time, the vehicles were spotless even carrying the luggage into the apartment, no just leaving you outside the complex.
We were a party of three and found the apartment more than met our requirements and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Communication with the owner Irina was very good..
Unfortunately when we arrived at 23:50 after a long journey the keys were not as had been arranged in the key safe provided.
we then had to contact the agent and have the keys brought to us.
The Apartment Furnishing definitely  needed updating the settee and chair were very uncomfortable. 
The TV was a large old model which we could only receive world news and Russian channels and there was no DVD player.
We have rented apartments of a similar price range before and several items we were used to were not provided 
There was no Toilet roll in the bathroom when we arrived !!!!!!!!! Thank goodness I had tissues.
 No tea towels, No mop and Bucket, only small glasses (so we went and bought our own).
The bedding was clean but had definitely seen better days was mis-matched and had some holes. 
Several of the Apartments are lived in all year round by Turkish families and we found they were not all very friendly in fact some openly ignored us. We are a Turkish /English family so were very aware of this.

We have stayed in this apartment on several occasions and have always been very pleased with it. It is located a couple of streets back from the beach, being on the other side of the main dual carriageway, but is literally only a couple of minutes walk from the promenade and beach. Because of it's location, it is very quiet, tranquil and relatively secluded.There is a decent sized swimming pool which is well maintained and it is never busy. Our only minor criticisms would be that the sofa is not too comfortable and the TV is an old CRT model rather than a flat panel and as such does not have an HDMI input, which is necessary should you wish to connect a media player. Also, a DVD player would be a useful addition, as there are plenty of cheap DVDs available in Calis!

The owner, Irina, is a good communicator and is keen for you to enjoy your stay in her property. She always thanks us for a repeat booking.

All in all, this is a good, simple "Ronseal" apartment - it does exactly what it says on the tin!

It is a great  apartment and I recommend it to anyone. close to the beach and restaurants. It has sparkling clean swimming pool.
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay there. The transfer was also on time both times to and from the airport.

We would highly recommend this to anyone! This apartment is extremelly spacious and well equipped.
 
It is very clean and modern. The pool area is ideal for families, couples or individuals.  Communication with the owner is excellent, who provided lots of information prior our visit.

June 2010 was our first visit to the Covent Garden Apartment. The apartment is so well situated, in a quiet area, very close to the beach and the center of Calis. There is an aromatic eucalyptus grove nearby on the way to the beach. The apartment itself is well-equipped with two small balconies and one larger terrace overlooking the pool. The pool area is absolutely spotless. It was great value for money, we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Many thanks to the owner, who was very helpful and friendly. All in all, we had a super holiday and will highly recommend this apartment to others for peace, quiet, and a relaxing holiday. Nick&amp;Elizabeth
