This was our second visit to this property and we hope to return again in the future. The villa was spotless and very well equipped for all our holiday needs. It has a lovely big pool. We have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone thinking of holidaying in this area of Thailand. Our hosts Ian & Teresa were so very helpful. Nick the owner was easy to contact beforehand to answer any questions.

We enjoyed staying at nicks villa, it has a lovely pool, it is in a small village with a shop and bar about 100 meters away where you can get some lovely Thai food and meet the locals. The villa had everything we wanted if I was being very picky blackout curtains would have been nice. Ian and Theresa who look after the property are very nice and sorted out taxis and bike hire for us. We hope to return next year

We loved our stay, very relaxing which is what we wanted. Villa is very well equipped and there is a small shop, bar and restaurant close by. If you want to get out and about you will need to hire bikes or transport

Stayed here 3 times now always enjoy the villa and the area. It's a little secluded so you really need transport unless your happy staying put. The little bar/restaurant is great and they will even deliver if you want. Villa is a few years old now but the owner had upgraded it since last we visited and the bathroom had been retiled and new air con in the kitchen area. Very clean property at a very good price. Ian and Teresa look after the property and are always on hand if you need them. In summary if you want a nice quiet villa set in a rural location with your own pool at a fair price you won't go far wrong with this one.

10 out of 10 for cleanliness of the villa, and garden/pool. All arrangements done smoothly including airport transport. Will we go back, yes! What more can I say??

We stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom pool villa for two and a half weeks and we're really impressed. After communication with the owner Nick we booked the Villa without knowing too much about the area. We were greeted by Theresa and her husband Ian who manage the property. These people are a 100% awesome couple who helped us in lots of ways. The property has everything you could need with the most amazing outside pool area plenty of space with covered area for lovely evenings outside and a lovely garden area to sunbathe too. What also makes this place special is the bar/shop/takeaway/resteraunt just 50 yards down the road run tirelessly by a lady called Wan the food is great and cheap the beer is cold and most essentials are available. It's the hub of the expat community who are very friendly and always welcoming with lots of info about the local area. If you can't find what you need from wan then a large tesco lotus and the town of pranburi is around 8km away. Nearest beach a couple of km away. I would say a car is a must or at least a moped but we liked going up to Hua hin and this may be a bit hairy on a moped for a non local but local transport can be booked also. Would we come back YES in a heartbeat it's a hidden gem. Thanks Ian and Theresa hopefully see you again soon.

If you are looking to experience a less commercialised side of Thailand but still have the support of many westerners then this is a wonderful place to stay. You do need a scooter to get around, but there is lots to offer both in the village and in the resorts close by. The villa was perfect and a lot of thought has gone into making this a home from home. Brad and Ian were both on hand to not only make sure we had everything we needed, but also they welcomed us into the community with open arms and introduced us to some wonderful people . We enjoyed the place so much we are going back in a few months.
