We have just had an amazing holiday at Prainha.  This is our 3rd year staying in this villa. It has everything you need included and is in the perfect location.  Just 5 mins walk to the beautiful sandy beach.  The restaurants at Prainha and on the beach serve a large variety of freshly cooked food all very well presented and at reasonable prices.  The sun shines on the pool and decking area all day! 
We highly recommend this villa.  We will definately be back soon.

We have stayed at this villa for the past 2 years and are planning to return again next year.
The location is perfect with everything you could ask for within walking distance.  The villa 
and private pool area is beautiful, rooms are spacious and very clean.  Everything is provided.  
We can highly recommend it.  We have stayed in other villas on the complex but this one is by
far the best.

Lovely villa with the luxury of home comforts and lots of space for big families. The swimming pool was fab and so was the location - minutes walk down to the beach and a couple of restaurants. The complex itself was great - swimming pools, restaurants and a shop.
I would recommend getting a taxi into the main town and harbor as it is a bit of a walk. Would highly recommend Karen and her villa. Many thanks

This is a beautiful property! Large and spacious, with 4 bedrooms and further sofa beds.
is well equipped with everything needed (all cutlery/ utensils etc) very clean.
A few slight problems; confusion about check in/ check out dates (was double booked) dishwasher not working, living area lamp not working, bathroom light not working, the rugs in the living area and the bedroom looked dirty, and I think in ten days we needed more than 1 towel change.
But , overall a fantastic place that I would definitely look to book again.

The photos don't really do the property justice. The pool in particular is much bigger than the photo would suggest. There is loads of room generally in the property and it has all the mod cons in the kitchen. One slight grumble, with children in particular it would have been useful to have had WiFi but we managed with the old fashioned distractions. Good location with proximity to other pools and beach and easy access to Alvor by bus, taxi and foot (on occasion!)

Excellent, spacious property very well equipped with everything needed to enjoy your holiday. Located in lovely complex which is beautifully maintained .Pool and garden area very spacious and private. We would highly recommend this property and had a lovely holiday there.
