The views from Villa Jodaruya are amazing & the pool is a lovely size for a family with teenagers. The Villa is approx 30 minutes walk from the Centre, which is ideal, however taxis's are readily available for return journeys back. We where a family of 6 and the 3 bedrooms worked well. There is an upstairs roof terrace, which was great for eating out on. The beds where very comfy, together with all the seating which was available both inside and out. It was very well equipped - even an ironing board (which did not get used!!!) We will certainly be looking to return as the villa was fantastic and Kalkan is a lovely place with plenty to do for all ages. Thanks for David for all your assistance both prior to and during the visit - very much appreciated.

Weve just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks at Villa Jodaruya. The villa exceeded our expectations in every aspect and the views from every room were incredible. The owner Dave was very helpful in answering any queries we had prior to the trip and everything went smoothly from start to finish. This was our 2nd visit to Kalkan but our first to this villa. It wont be our last! The Kalamar Bay area is beautiful and is now our preferred area (despite the distance from the centre of Kalkan) as its so quiet and peaceful. There are a few restaurants within a 10 minute stroll which we enjoyed when we fancied a change from those in Kalkan. Cant wait to return!

With Views to die for, Jodaruya exceeded expectations and was simply the best place to be in Turkey this year! From the moment we opened the front door the villa exceeded all expectations and after 2 weeks we were sorry to say goodbye. Kalkan people are both helpful and friendly and through the helpful info in the Villa we enjoyed exploring the area and eating both in Kalkan and of course around the pool This villa will remain on our list and we look forward to our return Thanks for a great holiday

We have just returned from a week staying at this Villa. It was truly relaxing with the most beautiful views. Pool is fantastic and the kids loved it. As stated it is close to the village and 20 mins walk to Kalkan centre. The Pool mnan even took me into Kalkan shopping on his Moped one day! Would recommend Kalkan and this Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

My second visit to Jodaruya and it was as stunning as i remembered from last year..........tranquil, beautful and yet homely and comfortable. Will be booking again as - cant wait.

This was our 2nd visit to Villa Jodaruya. Again it was fantastic. The villa itself is lovely with a view that is hard to match. It is comfortable, spacious, clean and the pool is superb. Only problem with this villa is having to leave it! We had a lovely holiday in Kalkanhomes yet again.

This is one of the best villas we have ever stayed in . The whole layout and design both inside and out side is fantastic . Kalkan is a really nice place to stop . All the restuarants we went to were first class , the people are really friendly . We only went for one week and wished we could have done two . The pool went down very well with our two children and the veiws are spetacular . The welcome pack in the fridge was a very nice touch too , we opened the wine as soon as we got there , sat outside and took the beautiful veiws in .

A fantastic villa making for a fantastic holiday. Its even better than the photos which is hard to imagine, I know. As soon as we got back we contacted the owners to reserve for 2012. What more can I say!!! Thank you Duncan , Erin & the kids

We would recommend Villa Jodaruya to anyone! We spent two weeks there in August 2010 and had a fantastic holiday. The villa is absolutely fabulous with breathtaking views from every window, balcony and terrace. It is also superbly furnished inside and out with high quality furniture and fittings throughout, not to mention the much needed and very effective air conditioning! But best of all, the infinity pool is to die for! Kalkan is a lovely town and one is spoilt for choice where restaurants are concerned. There are so many to choose from and they were all good and the locals were all very friendly which made dining out a pleasure. We would definitely return to this fantastic villa!
