As you will gather from the picture, I am a musician living and working in Murcia. The villa is in the theme of music, so for music lovers its the perfect place. For 3 months of the year we rent the property for holidays. The rest of the time we live in the villa, so its not a second home or just a rental, its our own private property. Year purchased: 2005 Our first trips to Spain were in the winter months with a motorhome, playing the sax and trying to introduce a bit of jazz on the Costas. Just by chance one winter we discovered the bay of Mazarron and to cut a long story short we instantly fell in love with the area. This area, in our minds, is the best kept secret in Spain, very traditional and not wall to wall concrete. So we sold up everything in England and the rest is history. We just love it here. The villa and the area is without doubt the one of the best on the Spanish Costas.
