What an amazing holiday. 
From the moment we booked your villa until we left the customer service was exceptional.
The villa is immaculate. We stayed here five years ago and the villa is as beautiful as it was then. The swimming pool is crystal clear and the furnishings are of a very high quality.
Mr ice was our contact and he arranged everything that we needed from the taxi at the airport to the hire car  and to helping us with  changng our   onward flights leaving a day earlier. Everything is seamless and non intrusive. The housekeeper was superb and even ironed our clothes, totally unexpected. 
We have stayed in some amazing 5 star hotels around the world but I can honestly say that the customer service experienced from booking until our departure has never been as good as the service that we have experience with renting this property.
If you want paradise then you must book this villa. You will definitely not be disappointed.

We stayed at the Outrigger Laguna 3 years ago and loved the accommodation and the resort, so wanted to stay again for part of this trip to Phuket. This was a private rental. The villa has 3 bedrooms and its own pool and is in immaculate condition. Its the first villa once you get through the main gate, so very handy to the smaller and more casual Baan aroi restaurant (not open for breakfast) which has lovely Thai food (best Masaman Curry I had in Phuket). Housekeeping was good and there were plenty of towels etc. Lot of nice little touches - welcome pack consisting of bread, milk, eggs, juice, butter etc, toiletries, books and magazines, washing machine, outdoor setting and 2 sunbeds. Sd Properties are the agent for the property and they were great - we had a problem with the safe one day where we couldnt open it and they had someone there in 10 minutes. We hired a car to bet around so the location wasnt a problem. The owner was lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Villa is well-maintained. Cleaner (& pool cleaner) attends to the villa on alternate days, and does a thorough job. Regarding comfort to guests, things have been very well thought out too. For example, washing detergent, hangers, and pegs are provided with the washing machine. Kitchen is also very well equipped, detailed down to cling wrap and foil. Our elderly parents and young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Property is not on the main street, so some transportation is required. We hired a large MPV and a driver for some 2500 bhat a day. But for the serenity, this is not an issue with us. It feels safe to be on the property as there are security check-points at each entrance. Staff was also very helpful and hospitable.

We had a fabulous time. Blue Skies, everyday bathed in sunlight except only by the occasional plump cotton like clouds. Ample seating both inside and outside. Really enjoyed waking up every morning and listening to all the sounds of nature. Lush Tropical foliage. The rooms were well&#045appointed with modern furnishings yet retaining a traditional Thai style. The place looked exactly as advertised. The inter&#045resort shuttle, restaurants, spas were all a plus Laguna has great stuff for the kids...they are still talking about the elephant ride and watching the elephant bathe in the sea. Having a private pool was great, but there is also a large communal pool 20 meters away. We had all the in villa cooking facilities &#045 but with beachside restaurants, the in estate cafe all at reasonable prices &#045 we chose not to lift a finger.
