The holiday for everyone
Ive just spent a fabulous week in Turkey. The best holiday Ive been on in a long time, I wish I could have stayed longer. The villa is in a beautiful, tranquil setting and has all the facilities you need for a relaxing holiday. All the rooms have air conditioning and every room has nice touches like impressionist paintings on the walls. You certainly get a good nights sleep as the beds are very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. Its lovely to eat your breakfast out there or on the patio down below by the swimming pool. The gardens and pool are beautifully looked after and there are sun beds for relaxing or if something more active appeals there are many places to visit which are easily accessible on the local busses which run a very frequent service.
I loved spending time at Sugar Beach chilling out, Sunbathing and swimming. They have a very nice beach bar/restaurant. Pleasant background music, settees and big cushions to lounge on, a happy hour for cocktails and delicious snacks and meals. I liked the spicy mincemeat pide  a kind of turkish pizza and I discovered a delicious and refreshing traditional turkish drink made from salty plain yogurt chilled with ice called iran Ive probably spelt that wrong! The beach offers various activities ie canoeing, table tennis, Bendy Bettys massage parlour! There are barbeques every week, salsa dance shows,fire dancers, a funky African acobatic show etc. They will even collect you from where you are staying and dro p you back afterwards if you like.
I went on a couple of boat trips. The Five Island trip was a very enjoyable day out. It cost just 8 pounds including a barbeque lunch on board. There were sun beds on deck and we stopped off at each island for swimming/sunbathing on beach or exploring. Another boat trip was at Dalyan where we saw amazing Lyceum tombs carved into the rocks. We were also lucky enough to see two giant turtles.
I was very excited to take a 3 hour horse riding trip through the forest to visit a ghost town. Ive only been on a horse once before. We were a mixed group of complete beginners and experienced riders. We were looked after very well by the riding school. The trip was very reasonable at 12 pounds. If you wanted you could purchase a photograph of you and your horse on a souvenir plate which cost 4 pounds. 
Fetiye market is held every week all day on a tuesday. We bought a selec tion of fresh and tasty local cheeses and olives, eggs, fruit/veg. The Turkish stall holders are more than happy to let you taste what they have to offer. I reccomend the roasted nuts covered with caramel and sesame seeds. Therere many flavours of turkish delight to choose from which make great presents to give friends back home. You can do a bit of bartering with them. Its all very light hearted and they are sociable people who like to have a laugh and joke with you. I found Turkish people to be very helpful and accomadating. The market also sells clothes, pottery and gifts.
I cant wait to go back to Turkey again and try paragliding and microlighting next time and I would certainly consider booking this villa again as it has all the facilities you need in wonderful surroundings and the price is very reasonable, especially if you split the cost between 6 people.

I stayed at this Villa for a week with a friend. We found the villa to be well equipped and everything you would need for your stay. It even had a washing machine and an area to dry the clothes outside. It was immaculately clean throughout and had a very homely feel to it. We had ordered a welcome pack which had all the basic essentials to keep us going until we got to  the local shops the next day. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms have stunning views  looking out at the mountains , the 3rd bedroom in the basement is cool being underground and spacious, would make an ideal walk in dressing room . We didn’t use the air conditioning unit much as the downstairs windows and door have been fitted with a mosquito net which allowed a nice breeze to come through when left open. 

This villa has a good sized pool with enough sun loungers to share around with the other two villas on the complex. The pool and lovely surrounding grounds were well maintained by a daily visit from the local grounds man.

The local people are extremely friendly and welcoming with some very good local restaurants only a short walk away which were reasonably priced.

Would definitely stay here again hoping to return next year, can’t wait !!

Many thanks for the rental of your villa malhun 1 in sept 2013 , we have a fabulous time and found your villa to be very comfortable with everything we needed. On arrival we found the villa to be spotless with the beds already made up for us which was good after a long journey.

We also felt very safe and enjoyed the excellent sunshine we are looking forward to a return trip in 2014 so thanks again  . 

I would not hesitate to recommend your villa to anyone .
