This apartment is in a very attractive complex within walking distance of some shops and the Plaza. The view from the balcony over the lovely pool area is lovely. It would be useful to have had some type of shade for the roof terrace area and perhaps a parasol/chairs for visits to the beach. But overall I would definitely recommend this as a great apartment for a family holiday in this area.

This was our 2nd year at this property and as last year, have no complaints. 
Apartment is clean and has everything you may want provided (apart from wi-fi and a couple of comfy sun loungers for those hot days around the pool).
Air con is located in the lounge, fans in the bedrooms, but this really wasn't an issue as a cool breeze flows through the apartment from front to back. 
The apartment is set away from the pool (2 minute walk through security gates complex) area which provides peaceful surroundings.
Pool area is clean and the pool itself is large enough with a separate shallow pool for toddlers. 
Apartments are located 10 minute walk to Villamartin Plaza and approx 15 minute drive to beach.
We love this apartment and have already booked for next year!

Excellent apartment complete will all amenities. We were concerned about only having air con in the lounge, but as the owners had stated this was not an issue and the bedrooms remained cool (fans also in bedrooms if required). The pool area was clean &amp; the pool a good size. Located in an ideal location, 10 minute walk to the Plaza. Owners were great &amp; friendly. Overall - 5* &amp; would definitely return &amp; recommend to family &amp; friends. Many thanks.

The apartment was clean and exceptionally well equipped. It was a real home from home. Prev occupants had left unused supplies of food basics and toiletries and we did the same. The owners were really helpful providing us with local info and were flexible with check in/out times. TV and free WIFI was a bonus. Would recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment.  Everything we required was provided.  The provision of the cot and bedding were a great help to us.  The only thing I havent awarded 5 stars is the advert accuracy.  This is because I thought the apartment was fully air-conditioned and it was just the main area.  I would have preferred air-con in the bedrooms, due to us having a young baby.  However, we found by leaving the bedroom door open, it helped keep the room a little cooler.

This property is Spacious and secure and set in well maintained grounds, also is a good base for visiting 
the numerous places roundabout if you have a hire car.

Not hot water in shower
Glass shower screen falls off...very dangerous
Oven doesnt work
I was bitten to pieces from the mattress in the main bedroom
Washing machine waste pipe into the shower

Seriously needs updating before taking anyone elses hard earned cash

The property was in good condition and provided everything you needed for your vacation. I wasnt expecting much since the rent wasnt high, thus this exceeded my expectations. We had great holiday, thanks to Ian and Ann.
