Enjoyed our stay at Royal Blue. Property was basic but clean. Bathroom and toilet badly need refurbishing . We were unable to get the stain out of the toilet or bath. Would like to return. Mavishir is a lovely area. The staff at The Royal Blue Restaurant were excellent with great food and reasonably priced.

3rd time this year, hoping to make it 4 next year

A lovely apartment in a nice complex. Had a few minor issues but all sorted very promptly. Location ideal for Mavisehir. Would visit again.

We were very impressed with our Cliff Top Apartment, Clean comfortable and well maintained. The complex is also immaculate with what looked like 24hr security (although not sure this was needed) We were 4 hours delayed on arrival and so didnt get to the apartment till 1.00am however Steve was waiting for us and even the bar were happy to serve us a few cold drinks. The apartment is set above a beautiful harbor of Maviser with the most amazing sunsets and there is a fantastic local bus service which will take you to the more livelier Venus. As a family with mixed age groups we were all really happy with the apartment and as our first time in Turkey we found this to be a great experience,we shall be booking next year

This is the third year we have booked this Appartment and what more can I add to what we have said before over the last two years . Great location for any one wanting a great base to explore the local areas five minutes walk or bus ride to the sleepy fishing village of mavishir evening market daily and four or five lovely little restaurants and the sunsets there are to be seen by all or a half hour bus ride to the the hustle of altinkum plenty supermarkets and shops new marina and local shopping centre . The site has four great pools plenty sun beds and the time we were there it was like having our own villa it was that peacefull and quiet . Lovely residents and staff who all help should you have any issues . Great value for money loads of space big bedrooms well fitted out big kitchen area and living room super big balcony to eat out on I overlooking the pool area if you want to eat in .the owner replies to all our queries ASAP and cannot do enough to make your stay a great experience .and your breakages deposit is refunded within a week Would recommend this Appartment to any one without hesitation

I was having necessary major dental surgery in Altinkum and needed somewhere quiet and comfortable and more importantly with some privacy. Nora assured me this apartment was ideal and would give me the privacy I needed. She was right. The apartment is excellent all round. Home from home and very comfortable and spacious with everything you would need. I always take my own travel hairdryer even if there is one provided as I use a diffuser. I couldnt believe it when I opened the drawer to find the hairdryer complete with diffuser. Thats a first and it just made me smile. Not important to everybody but it was for me and was just another plus. The complex is lovely and the restaurant and bar will be opening all year round. Another big plus is that the dolmus to Didim and Altinkum stops right outside. I cannot fault this apartment in any way and it exceeded my expectations and needs. I have to go back to the dentist in Altinkum in six months time and will be booking this apartment. I wouldnt even go to the trouble of looking for something else. We loved it and also loved the price which took the sting out of the cost of my dental surgery. Pardon the pun. Thanks Nora.

Lovely property met all expectations would use again

Had a lovely stay only problem was we had to come home. The area is beautiful, very clean and well looked after. Perfect if you want a very relaxing holiday!

We rented the appartment late august early september for two weeks and had a really great hoilday , we normally stay altinkum /yesilkent area but this year we went for the area of mavishir . The appartment was well furnished really clean and was well situated overlooking the pool area . we had the pool to ourselves virtually most days as it was so quiet and peacefull , the pool bar was there for the time of the day when your thirst got the better of you . Well situated 10 minutes walk to the sleepy village of mavishir with some lovely restaurants and nite market or a 10minute bus ride to altinkum or didim .If you want a peacefull relaxing time then this is the place to go late september and unwind Nora was great in answering all our mails quickly and the people at the site were helpfull and friendly . Only one negative and that was we had to come back home as we could easily have stayed for a further two to three weeks . When life is pretty hard in this country it was great to leave all them problems behind and visit a lovely country like Turkey Thanks to all for a great holiday Already booked for next year roll on september

The property was very clean and quiet and very tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful time. It is located in a nice quiet area. The pools were great and we were quite close to some nice beaches. Thank you.
