We spent 2 weeks at Sunnydaze Villa as a party of 8. It is very well set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is a couple of minutes away and not busy at all. The local community of Kucukbuk is not touristy at all which we really enjoyed. There are a few restaurants within easy walking distance from the villa - the one on the jetty was particularly good value. There are two shops which sell the very basic essentials but in Gundogan which is a short and cheap dolmus ride away there are bigger supermarkets. We took a taxi back to the villa after shopping which cost about 15 Lira. Good boat  trips go daily from Gundogan which we would highly recommend. We also visited the aqua park in Bodrum and market in Turgetreis , all accessible by dolmus. If you want a quiet holiday where you can really absorb the Turkish atmosphere we cannot recommend this villa highly enough- be warned though it is up a hill -good fir the keep fit regime!

'Wonderful stay in this very spacious villa in a good location.  On a small development with shared pool. Very clean with all facilities for a great holiday. Ten minute walk to beach with plenty of bars and restaurants serving good food and staff are very welcoming.  Loungers readily available on beach and jetty at no charge.  Small supermarkets within walking distance.    Few minutes drive to local town with further restaurants and weekly market.  All in all a very enjoyable holiday.  
 


Had a fantastic holiday here last year. Went with my fiance, my teenage daughter and her best friend and my nine year old son. The layout of the villa is great as the kids had the lower floor and we had the second floor which gave us some privacy and allowed my daughter and her friend to come and go as they pleased. The facilities were great with everything we needed. The views were breathtaking and the pool which was just over the road was really lovely. We didnt have a car and managed fine without one as the bus service was great but everthing we really needed was within walking distance anyway.
This villa comes highly recommended.
