We found the apartment to well equipped, clean and in a good position for the beach and all local amenities.
The owners were extremely helpful and communication was very good.
We particularly liked the outside space at the apartment with good dining area and plenty of space for sunbathing.
The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for our stay.
TV had all normal UK  channels.
We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

In a quiet area of town but only 5 minuets from the main strip this property is a little gem. There are good beaches nearby and plenty of shops and places to eat.The town of Torrevieja is only 6 k up the road and has all the hustle and bustle expected of a Spanish sea side resort and buzzes on well into the early hours. A perfect place for the chance to recharge your batteries and only a 2 hour flight from the uk.

Very nice clean, spacious accommodation. The only slight critism was the road noise particularly at night and the security gate noise at night, but other than that, wse really liked the apartment and its location. Thank you for allowing us to use it.

The apartment has excellent facilities and in particular we loved the built in BBQ and griddle, which both made for some fantastic family evenings on the patio. 
The apartment was clean and tidy with modern facilities. We made use of the pools, which were clean and made a nice change to the beach. 
Cabo Roig beach is a short stroll away and was also excellent - clean and tidy with a gentle slope into the sea (ideal for young families although not a factor for us). The sea was clear and there is a beach bar open from early until late.

We wanted a relaxing place to stay, close to,  but away from the main strip.  This place met that remit.  The property was spotlessly clean, a great size and the comfy couches made it homely.  Location was great - just a couple mins walk to main strip, but far enough away so that the noise from the strip wont keep you awake. My only complaint would be that one of the photos is potentially misleading - it was of the pool area and the villas around it - this villa is not immediately fronting either pool but is only a minute or 2 walk from them.  It is at the main entrance gate, so you do get the sounds of people/cars entering / exiting the complex.  That said, the complex had a lovely clientele, so this wasnt a huge problem. The owners gave v good directions and were quick and helpful in their response to any queries we had.  I would have no problem recommending their apartment.

What I expected. Have stayed at various properties on that road over the years and yours was as good as any of the others I have used.

I knew all about the area but for anyone trying for the first time you will not be disappointed.
