The property was very comfortable, spacious and very close to the restaurants, bars and the pool. Our flight out from Gatwick was cancelled and we finally arrived eight hours later than expected at 21.00. We kept Frank at FM Spanish Promotions up to date on our progress (or lack of it) via text and when we finally got there, he was waiting to greet us, had put provisions in the fridge, including cold beers, bread, butter, milk and cereals, quickly showed us around the house, handed over the keys and our holiday began. What a top man! Hell be seeing us again.

We had a very pleasant staty and were well looked after. The property owners were very attentive and were happy to meet us at the property to handover keys due to our late flight. The property itself is very clean and furnished to a high standard so will please even the fussiest of renters! The complex the property resides on is well kept and the pool is well maintained making this a very safe environment for families. The location is good overall if a little further away from the beach than the initial write-up mentions. Allow 20 minutes walking time, but its well worth it! Overall Playa Flamenca is an ideal holiday location - largely unspoilt but theres nightlife near enough if you want some action. Overall we had a great holiday and wouldnt hesitate recommending this property to family and friends.

The property we stayed in was great value for money. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. The pool was a good size and the two bathrooms were handy. It really was a homely villa and we settled in straight away. The description of the property was accurate and we would recommend the villa to friends and family. The property was ideally placed for bars restaurants and shops. A hire car is not necessary as most amenities are only a short walk. The more adventurous may want one for visiting other nearby towns. The best part of the holiday though was the team that looked after us when we were out there. Their care, attention and professionalism allowed us to relax and enjoy every aspect of our holiday. They really do look after their guests were only a phone call away to answer any questions or make recommendations. Their experience and knowledge made us feel valued, welcome and very relaxed. For these reasons, we would definately go again.

The villa was a good size for our family of five and situated perfectly for the beaches, restaurants, buses etc.  We loved Playa Flamenca it was unspoilt and the beach and sea was great for the kids because it had fantastic waves but was shallow enough for them to enjoy it.  There was a pool on the gated complex which was perfect as it had great shade if needed and was immaculate.  The villa had everything we needed for nights in and out and the service we received from Frank and his family at FM Promotions was second to none.

The villa is on a quiet gated estate, with a lovely swimming pool set in a garden.  The villa is very conveniently located near to a supermarket and bars and within walking distance of the beach.  The villa had everything we needed we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely  stay there again. A big thank you to Debby, Vicky and Frank of FM Spanish Promotions for looking after us so well.

I was very happy with the villa, the pool was excellent, the villa was clean and tidy and spacious, i would recommend on hiring a car but there is a bus stop not far from the villa which was reasonable, the beach is excellent, overall very good holiday.

The kettle did not work until we discovered that the adapter plug was faulty.  We replaced it with our own.  
Stability of the ceiling fan in the living room was very questionable.
The book on the property failed to tell us about the needed pool key (which we found when we knew we needed it) or where the washing machine was situated (which we also found and might have used it had there been some spare washing power as we didnt want the expense just for one wash).
We felt there should be some instructions for use of the TV and washing m/c.  Reception for the TV was poor, even after the storm.
The book should also give directions about nearest restaurants, walking, taxis etc.
An umbrella on the terrace would have been good as we used it a lot but could not during the heat of the day.  
Inadequate provision of chairs/beds for the pool and not much down there anyway.
Pillows were poor/cheap.
Cool keep was brilliant and well used. We did not use the cerial or marg but appreciated the thought that went into its contents.
Promotion of other services would add value.

Great villa we are a large family so it was great to have a separate apartment for our teenagers. the pool was lovely , we had everything we needed, and good to be able to walk to good commercial center with some good bars where we had some fun nights. thank you ian and beryl cookson
