The home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, very reasonably priced and well maintained. Eight of us were comfortably accommodated in this spacious rental. The floor plan was ideal, giving the couple in the master suite lots of privacy. Having the pool heated and screened in was a fantastic treat!! We swam every night and enjoyed sitting and eating outside everyday. The solar blanket was a little awkward to remove and replace. Putting the solar blanket back on its roller for ease of removal and covering is my only recommendation. The fully stocked kitchen was very spacious and had a great flow and set up! It was handy to use the washer and dryer in the indoor laundry room. The location was ideal: quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to all the local stores and attractions. Two sand hill cranes came wandering through the yard one day. Awesome sight! My sister, niece and I swam with the gentle manatees in the Homosassa River. Check out the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. We learned a lot about Floridian animals. More manatees too! We ate most of our meals at the rental, but we found a really good Cajun restaurant in the Crystal River Mall. Weird/interesting location, but great food! Check it out on Yelp. We celebrated my aunt's 90th birthday with 15 guests for an incredibly memorable day! The owner was easy to contact and his property managers do a great job of maintaining the house! I highly recommend this rental!

This house is in a great location and has every amenity. I could not have asked for a better place.

Had a wonderful stay at the rental. Peaceful, clean and relaxing. Would love to book again with entire family. Worth the price, the pool was very clean and serene. Accommodations were great with necessities. Had fun and enjoyed.

We stayed here for a few nights with a total of 4 adults and 4 children. We absolutely could not have asked for more. Beautiful, clean, well furnished house, totally stocked kitchen (we all like to cook) and the pool was GREAT! Would definitely recommend to other families staying in the area.

Love this home.... Already planning our next vacation. Was really happy with the home. How ever they say if u need earlier check in to let them know, well we tried but were told no since previous guest stayed longer which was fine but coming all the way from oregon to Florida had to sit and wait till check in time then our keys and none of stuff was available and had to wait longer for someone to bring us keys and upon finally getting into house it still wasn't ready. :( but after all was done we loved house and didn't want to leave when vacation was over. It was just the hubby and I this time, but decided to bring with us next time this house will be perfect for the 5 of us. We won't have to leave. Oh the only thing missing is the stove is gas so if u don't smoke like us plan on bringing matches or u can't cook unless u run back to store lol.
OWNER'S COMMENT:  during our guest's stay there was a problem with the electronic ignition of the stove, this has been repaired in the meantime, no need to bring your matches.

Owner and manager were very helpful and easy to contact with problems or concerns. House was great much better than paying for a motel, pool was the high light for our children for the entire stay, they didn't want to leave to do anything else. Could use a couple things, the children's bedroom's should have a television in at least one of the other bedrooms, the tv in the living room was a 32 inch so just seemed a little small, and there was charcoal there for a grill but we were unable to find a grill. All of us agree though we would more than happily stay here again the next time we come to Florida.
OWNER'S COMMENT: a BBQ set is not included in the rental but can be rented from our property manager at the rate per stay of $55 including tax, gas and end-cleaning included.
There are two tv's in the property: one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

Girls spring break getaway! We had a wonderful time. Really enjoyed the pool and house never left the 3 days we were there. Very good deal for the villa it was wonderful. Hope to be able to go again sometime.

This home is exactly how it looks and feels even more spacious! The pool was fantastic for the kids and we could get to the beach and several attractions within 1/2 hour. We aren't golfers but several courses in the area. It was on a very quiet street and we absolutely loved it. We ranged in ages from 10 to 82 and we all loved staying here!

Excellent house, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool is awesome! The owner was very helpfull. Great golf courses in the area. I strongly recommend this house!!!
